Electric Grass Cutting Machine
In an electric grass cutting machine relating to the present invention, an electric motor for driving a traveling device having a pair of left and right front wheels and a pair of left and right rear wheels and a gear transmission for speed-changing output from the electric motor and transmitting the resultant power to the traveling device are disposed between the left and right rear wheels and arranged one after the other in the front/rear direction at positions laterally of a conveying duct for guiding cut grass pieces from a rear discharge type mower device to a grass collecting container supported to a rear portion of a machine body frame.
HARVESTING HEADERS HAVING AN OIL LEVEL INDICATOR, AND RELATED AGRICULTURAL VEHICLES AND METHODS
A harvesting header includes a header frame, rotary cutters carried by the header frame, a gearbox containing at least one gear coupled to each rotary cutter, and an electronic sensor to indicate an amount of oil in the gearbox. Each rotary cutter has a rotating disc with at least one blade for cutting crops. An agricultural vehicle includes a vehicle frame, at least one attached to the vehicle frame, and a harvesting header coupled to the vehicle frame by a plurality of hydraulic cylinders. A method of operating an agricultural vehicle includes adjusting at least one hydraulic cylinder to move a header frame to a known orientation, sensing a position of an oil surface in a gearbox, and determining or indicating an amount of oil in the gearbox based at least in part on the position of the oil surface.

Lubrication arrangement for a transmission
A lubrication arrangement includes at least one housing, at least one shaft, at least one bearing system configured to hold the at least one shaft in the at least one housing and to permit the at least one shaft to rotate, lubricant distributed in the at least one housing with the rotation of the at least one shaft, and a lubricant deflector provided in a stationary manner relative to the at least one housing above the at least one shaft. The lubricant strikes against the lubricant deflector and, by action of gravity, the lubricant is conducted to the at least one bearing system of the at least one shaft so that the at least one bearing system is supplied with the lubricant.
Agricultural machine
An agricultural machine, comprising is disclosed, wherein the machine comprises a body frame; a cutting system mounted on the body frame; a drive system mounted on the body frame; a power unit, mounted on the body frame, adapted to provide power to the drive system and/or the cutting system; and a fluid distribution system adapted to provide fluid to the power unit. The fluid distribution system further comprises a dock and a replaceable fluid container adapted to contain fluid to be supplied to the power unit the dock being adapted to retain the replaceable fluid container in fluid communication with the fluid distribution system so as to supply fluid from the replaceable fluid container via the fluid distribution system to the power unit. A method of facilitating an oil change in an agricultural machine is also disclosed.

Mower deck belt tensioning arm
A mower deck belt tensioning arm having a sheet metal body with an idler pulley rotatably mounted to a first end of the body. A spring is connected to a second end of the body biasing the idler pulley against a belt on a mower deck rotating a plurality of blade pulleys. An integrally formed in bushing is between the first end and the second end of the body, the bushing having a straight section length greater than the thickness of the sheet metal body and pivotably mounted around a spindle secured to the mower deck.

Agricultural vehicle with debris-purging clutch assembly
A clutch assembly includes: a drive hub having a spline configured to couple to a gearbox; a clutch housing coupled to the drive hub and having an end face defining an opening therein; a clutch hub disposed within the clutch housing and having a portion that extends out of the opening, the clutch hub being rotatable with respect to the clutch housing during a slip condition; a primary seal disposed between the clutch housing and the clutch hub; a quantity of purging compound disposed between the clutch housing and the clutch hub; and an end washer coupled to the clutch hub and facing the end face, the end washer and the end face defining a purge gap therebetween such that rotation of the clutch hub relative to the clutch housing causes some of the purging compound to eject from the clutch housing through the purge gap.
