AGRICULTURAL APPARATUS
A towed agricultural implement including a support frame, with one end adapted for connection to a towing vehicle, a drive apparatus carried by the support frame, with one end of the drive adapted for connection to the towing vehicle, support arms carried from the support frame, where each of the support arms are moveable between a working position and a transport position, and each support arm includes at least one rotary rake adapted to be driven about a central rake axis, a drive arrangement connecting the rotary rake to the drive apparatus, and an intermediate drive element connecting the drive apparatus and the drive arrangement moveably supported from the support frame to ensure that a sufficient overall length is available for the displaceable arm drive arrangement in the transport position.
Rotary Tedder
An agricultural implement includes a main frame attachable to a towing vehicle, a wheel support supporting the main frame and having main wheels, and a lifting unit configured to bring the agricultural implement into one of a transport position, a working position, or a headland position. The wheel support and the tedder frame are each pivotable around a common axle on the main frame, the lifting unit includes an adjustment assembly attached to the wheel support at a first attachment point and to the tedder frame at a second attachment point, the first attachment point and the second attachment point span the common axle and form a triangle therewith, and the lifting unit is configured to pivot the tedder frame and the wheel support around the common axle to bring the agricultural implement into a predetermined position between and including the working position and the headland position.
Windrow forming agricultural rake assembly
An agricultural rake assembly includes a frame. A plurality of wheels is coupled to the frame. A shaft is coupled to and extends upwardly from the frame. A pair of disks is rotatably coupled to the shaft. The disks are rotated when the wheels are rotated. A cam track is coupled to the shaft. A plurality of rake arms are each movably coupled between the disks. The plurality of rake arms is distributed around the disks. A plurality of rakes is coupled to each of the rake arms. The rakes may engage a crop. A plurality of cam arms is each movably coupled between the rake arms and the disks. The cam arms each urge the rake arms between a raking position, a lifted position and a lowered position when the first end of the associated one of the rake arms moves along the cam track.
SIMPLIFIED HAYMAKING MACHINE WITH A CARRIER
The present invention relates to an agricultural haymaking machine comprising a chassis resting on the ground by at least one wheel and intended to be coupled to a tractor able to move the machine in a direction of advance, a carrier carrying a plurality of rotors being swivel mounted to the chassis around a central pin oriented transversally to the direction of advance, each rotor being driven around a respective drive axis, and a lift actuator, articulated to the chassis on one hand and to the carrier on another hand, being able to make the carrier pivot around the central pin relative to the chassis, the machine being able to adopt a headland configuration in which the carrier is raised, as well as a work configuration in which the carrier rests on the ground by means of at least one support. The central pin is rigidly attached to the carrier, and the machine comprises a positioning actuator able to move the central pin relative to the chassis to change the position of the drive axes relative to the ground.
AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT
An agricultural implement is described comprising a chassis, a rotor mounted thereon that is rotatable about an upright axis and comprises working tools, a hydraulic lifting device for raising the chassis between a work position and a transport position, and an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the height of the rotor for the work position. The lifting device is arranged underneath the rotor and is connected to a hydraulic line that is run from top to bottom through the rotor. The adjustment mechanism comprising a tubular actuating element surrounding the hydraulic line or forming sections thereof with at least one axial adjustment thread mutually supporting the rotor and the chassis and an operating device arranged above the rotor for axially turning the actuating element.
SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR DUAL ROTARY RAKING MACHINE
The present invention provides provide adjustable dual rotary raking machines in which the lateral positions of the rotors and rakes may be moved while in use without stopping operation. The present invention also provides adjustable dual rotary raking machines which are suitable for collecting prunings from agricultural orchards or vineyards having low hanging branches. The present invention further provides adjustable dual rotary raking machines which may be easily collapsed for storage and transport into a small profile that allows multiple options for storing the machines, and does not require special permits to transport the collapsed machines on public roads.
TOWED AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT
A wheel mounting structure for a towed agricultural implement having a support beam and a plurality of wheels. The wheels are mounted to the support beam to be displaceable with respect to the support beam between a first position in a transport position and a second position displaced from the first position away from the support beam in a working position. This has as an advantage that the framework is displaced to increase a ground clearance when the towed agricultural implement is in the working position.
SWATHER
A swather includes a frame, a chassis which supports the frame, at least one processing member which is connected at least indirectly to the frame, a front coupling device which is arranged at a front side of the frame with respect to a longitudinal axis of the swather, and a rear coupling device which is arranged at a rear side of the frame with respect to the longitudinal axis. The at least one processing member grips a crop material. The front coupling device defines a front coupling point for attaching the swather to a tractor. The rear coupling device defines a rear coupling point for attaching a baler to the swather.
AGRICULTURAL MACHINE WITH ACTIVE COUPLING POINTS
An agricultural machine includes: a work tool, a coupling frame including a crossing beam and two levers, each lever carrying a respective hitching point attached to a respective lower arm of the tractor and being able to move vertically relative to the crossing beam, each lever having an associated restoring device which can exert a force on the associated lever when the respective hitching point moves vertically relative to the crossing beam. The machine is able to occupy a work configuration in which the tool is close to the surface and a transport configuration, in which the tool is further away from the surface. Each restoring device includes a hydraulic restoring jack fixed to the respective lever on one side and to the crossing beam on another side, each restoring jack being hydraulically connected to a hydraulic tank in the work configuration.
