The apparatus consists of an envelope that covers the plant with a drawstring on the open end of the envelope that cinches around the base of the plant. Installed in envelope is a blower and heater that heats and circulates air throughout the envelope, creates a micro-environment within the envelope that is above the lower tolerance limit for that species of plant, keeping the plant from being harmed by the outside environment.

A Christmas tree bag is an apparatus which allows a user to easily carry and transport a Christmas tree and the like on a vehicle roof top while providing protection to a vehicles surface. The apparatus is comprised of a rectangular tarp like configuration that allows the user to enclose a Christmas tree within the tarp. The Christmas tree is placed on the tarp and the side edges are then brought together around the tree. The tree bag is secured around the Christmas tree with the attached straps. The outer surface includes a hand strap affixed for ease of carrying. The Christmas tree bag is then placed on a vehicle roof top and secured.

The bush and shrub protective cover is a structure that is adapted to protect landscaping against physical injury from harsh weather conditions including, but not limited to snow, ice, heavy rain, hail, and high winds. The bush and shrub protective cover comprises a plurality of legs, a top cap, and a plurality of sides. The plurality of legs form the base upon which the bush and shrub protective cover is built. The plurality of legs support the top cap and the plurality of sides. The top cap has holes that allow water to flow through the top cap to the protected plants. The top cap is also formed with grooves to route excess water away from the protected plants. An IPC device is for a plant in a pot. The IPC device includes a support to be positioned in a soil surface of the pot adjacent to the plant and extending upward from the soil surface, and a mesh surface enclosure having an upper end with a sealed apex, and a lower end to surround the pot. The mesh surface enclosure defines a plant-receiving cavity therein, and the mesh surface enclosure has a mesh size to prevent intrusion by psyllids and aphids. The IPC device also includes a spreader device coupled to the support and configured to extend outward to the mesh surface enclosure.
