A new and distinct Hosta plant named ‘Twin Cities’ of large, upright spreading mound of dense, bullate, glaucous, ovate to round, variegated foliage with wide chartreuse margins, blue-green centers with a melding color zone between the center and the margins. The flowers are near light lavender, densely arranged in mostly upright scapes beginning to open just above the foliage in late June. ‘Twin Cities’ is useful in the landscape as a specimen or en masse.

A new and distinct Hosta plant named ‘Terms of Endearment’ of large, arching mounds of broadly ovate, bluish-green leaves having wide chartreuse margins upon emerging and maturing to creamy-yellow margins. The variegation is also attractively displayed with numerous featherings of intermediate colors between the center the leaf margins. The flowers are very pale purple to near white held just above the foliage beginning in late June for about four and a half weeks. ‘Terms of Endearment’ has excellent very large mounded habit and is useful in the landscape, as a specimen or en masse.
<i>Hesperaloe </i>hybrid ‘Little Giant’
A new and distinct Hesperaloe hybrid named ‘Little Giant’ is characterized by moderate size, large pink/cream flowers, 6.5-7.5 ft long spicate racemes, heavy nectar production and excellent growth in both the nursery and in the ground.
<i>Sansevieria </i>plant named ‘Pheasant Tail’
The new plant variety ‘Pheasant Tail’ is part of the long leaves Sansevieria varieties. It can reach 90 cm in length, with an average of approximately 4-7 leaves per plant. The new plant variety ‘Pheasant Tail’ is cylinder shaped, the arrangement of the leaves is in the form of a rosette. Leave colors are very different compared to its parent variety (‘Wintergreen’), but like its parent variety the new plant variety ‘Pheasant Tail’ shows also variegated bands on the leaves with no distinguishable margins and produces more leaves per rosette. Additionally, new plant variety ‘Pheasant Tail’ shows, unlike the parent variety, high resistance to anthracnose disease caused by C. sansevierae which gives the new variety a greater competitive advantage as well as its sister variety ‘Spearmint’ (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 32,333).
