Milk separation device
The invention relates to a milk separation device of a milking system for milking, in particular automated milking, of milk-producing animals. The milk separation device comprises a body, which has an inlet connection and an outlet connection, and a cover, which has a connection to a vacuum line. The body has an inwardly protruding balcony segment on an inner periphery, wherein the balcony segment forms a ramp helically in the peripheral direction so as to rise at a pitch angle with respect to the gravitational force of the earth.
MILKING MACHINE AND ASSEMBLY
A milking machine, including a milking claw for each animal, the milking claw including an air inlet for being connected to a vacuum pump, and a milk outlet, a plurality of milking assemblies, each for being connected to one udder of the animal, each of the milking assemblies including a) a first end for being connected to the animal udder for pumping milk from the udder, and b) a quick connection member, and a connection assembly being connectable to the milking claw, the connection assembly including a plurality of quick connection members, each for connecting to one of the quick connection members of the milking assemblies, thereby allowing quick connection between each of the milking assemblies to the milking claw.
RUBBER TEAT ELEMENT WITH FLEXIBLE HEAD GEOMETRY
The present invention provides a rubber teat element which, on account of the radial expandability of the head part, is able to adapt to different teat geometries, in particular in the case where an animal has small, thin and short teats. A teat cup and a milking cluster with a corresponding rubber teat element are also provided.
Dipping device for mechanical milking system
A dipping device for a mechanical milking system comprises at least one liner defining an accommodation space for a teat. The liner has a milk evacuation opening and a collecting claw. For each liner, a connector connects the liner to the collecting claw. The dipping device further includes a source of a dipping product, an injunction interface mounted on the collecting claw, and an injection tube for each liner. The injection tube extends from the interface and substantially to the teat accommodation space, running inside of the connector and through the evacuation opening.
SPACE DIVIDER OF A MILKING PARLOR ARRANGEMENT, AND MILKING PARLOR ARRANGEMENT
A space divider of a milking parlor arrangement for at least one milking parlor for milking milk-producing animals, wherein the space divider is arranged approximately parallel to a longitudinal axis of the animal to be milked, has an arm device having a milking cluster, which can be adjusted from a parking position to a working position and back. The arm device is arranged with the milking cluster in the parking position in the space divider and can be adjusted into the working position laterally to the animal to be milked between the front and rear legs thereof in fully automatic operation or semiautomatic operation. The space divider is designed in such a way that no additional space is required between adjacent animals, so that many animals can be milked in a milking parlor arrangement while the smallest possible amount of space is required.
A MILKING CLUSTER FOR MILKING AN ANIMAL
There is provided a milking cluster (102) for milking an animal, the milking cluster comprising a plurality of teat cups (1) connected to a clawpiece (106). The clawpiece comprises a plurality of milk inlets that are connected to the plurality of teat cups via respective short milk tubes (11). A milk flow passageway begins at the barrel of the teat cup and ends at the clawbowl of the clawpiece, and a valve system is present within each milk flow passageway. The valve system comprises a first pressure-actuated valve through which milk flowing along the milk flow passageway must pass.
MILKER UNIT SHORT MILK TUBE WITH MILK CLAW END CONNECTOR
A milker unit short milk tube having a downstream milk claw connection end having a position and release device joined to and extending away from the downstream milk claw connection end; a controlled flexible portion disposed in an upstream direction from the position and release device; a reinforced portion disposed in upstream direction from the controlled flexible portion; and an interior milking claw inlet sealing surface.
Milking claw
A milking claw for efficiently drawing milk is disclosed. The milking claw includes a claw top and a claw bottom. The claw top includes a pair of front inlets, a pair of rear inlets, and an outlet. The front inlets and the rear inlets extend upwardly from a top surface of the claw top and are spaced on opposite sides of a longitudinal axis of the claw top. The outlet includes an air channel along a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis and a flow passage disposed below the air channel. The flow passage includes a horizontal portion and a vertical portion. The claw bottom is disposed below the claw top and includes a dividing wall, a sump, and a raised knob disposed within the sump.
Space divider of a milking parlor arrangement, and milking parlor arrangement
A space divider (4) of a milking parlor arrangement (1, 1, 1, 1) for at least one milking parlor (3) for milking milk-producing animals (T), wherein the space divider (4) is arranged approximately parallel to a longitudinal axis of the animal (T) to be milked, has an arm device (6) having a milking cluster (5), which can be adjusted from a parking position to a working position and back. The arm device (6) is arranged with the milking cluster (5) in the parking position in the space divider (4) and can be adjusted into the working position laterally to the animal (T) to be milked between the front and rear legs thereof in fully automatic operation or semi-automatic operation. The space divider (4) is designed in such a way that no additional space is required between adjacent animals (T), so that many animals (T) can be milked in a milking parlor arrangement (1, 1, 1, 1) while the smallest possible amount of space is required.
Conduit and method of using the same
A conduit having a flexible tubular body having a first end connectable to a manifold or claw 14 and a free end connectable to a teatcup. Disposed partway along its length are disposed two integrally formed ribs capable of moving about an elbow joint. Each rib consists of two arms connected by an elbow joint about which the arms may move relative to one another. The arms of each rib are substantially planar and meet at a pivot point or elbow to form a substantially inverted V-shape when viewed along its the horizontal axis. The ribs encourage downward movement 5 in the vertical plane about its lateral axis at and away from the apex of each of the inverted V-shaped ribs whilst also resisting lateral movement or even upward movement.
