A mechanized arm and hand device for petting, stroking, patting and massaging a domestic animal includes a base configured for coupling to a surface. A housing and a socket are coupled to a top of the base. A power module and a microprocessor are coupled to and positioned in the housing. The microprocessor is operationally coupled to the power module. An arm is rotationally coupled to and extends from the socket. A hand is hingedly coupled to the arm distal from the socket. A plurality of motors is operationally coupled to the microprocessor. The motors are positioned singly in the socket and proximate to each of a plurality of joints that are positioned in the arm and the hand. The microprocessor is positioned to motivate the motors to manipulate the hand and the arm to selectively pet, stroke, pat and massage a domestic animal positioned proximate to the hand.

A protector device includes a plurality of pairs of multi-pronged elements. Each pair of multi-pronged elements includes a first multi-pronged element having a first C-shaped element that has a first straight section, a first end forming a first end spike, and a second end forming a second end spike, and a first connecting element attached to and perpendicular to the first C-shaped element. Provide herein is a deer rub or lure and a method of luring a deer to a selected area. The deer rub or lure has a trunk or signpost with at least one aperture extending therein. A flexible rod extends into at least one of the apertures. Each of the flexible rods extends from the trunk or signpost at an angle between 90° and 180°. A licking branch is attached to the flexible rod. A flexible support extends from a lower end of the trunk or signpost, and the support is configured to flexibly support the trunk or signpost in a substantially vertical orientation.

Disclosed is an accessory for livestock farm, in particular cattle, horses or pigs, intended to be fastened to a structure to be covered and protected. A brushing stand operable by an animal. The stand includes a base, a tubular stand connected thereto, a body portion extending upward away therefrom, the body portion selectively adjustable up and down. The tubular stand includes an arm portion extending horizontally away from the body portion, with a hand portion at an end of the arm and extending downward. An animal self-massage device includes a massage base having massage elements for contacting the body of an animal and means for releasably attaching the massage base to an animal.

The body, including the carrier medium with incorporated active ingredient and structural means, may be mounted such that an animal can readily contact the body, whereby the active ingredient is applied to the animal in a controlled manner, through application of the carrier medium. A method and an apparatus for application of chemical treatment to livestock provide a combination chemical roller applicator and livestock sprayer with a gateway to a livestock resource area. A roller applicator imparts a liquid treatment to the nose and face of an animal after lifting a flap attached to the roller. A pump conveys chemical from a reservoir to the roller and sprayer nozzles. The apparatus secures to an existing fence or gate.

A brush device for brushing an animal, in particular the back, head and/or tail of the animal, such as a cow, includes a rotatable brush, as well as an electric drive motor, which is configured to supply a drive torque for rotatably driving the brush in at least one rotation direction. The drive torque supplied by the drive motor is set in such a manner that the brush can be turned back by means of muscular power of the animal and/or an individual counter to the driven rotation direction while said drive torque is being supplied by the drive motor.
