The poultry fountain and feeding station is a mechanical structure. The poultry fountain and feeding station provides food and water used to feed poultry. The poultry fountain and feeding station comprises a food reservoir, a water reservoir, a control circuit, and a pedestal. The food reservoir, the water reservoir, and the control circuit mount on the pedestal. The pedestal elevates the food reservoir, the water reservoir, and the control circuit above a supporting surface. The food reservoir provides food for the poultry. The water reservoir provides water to the poultry. The control circuit controls access to the food contained in the food reservoir. The control circuit controls the temperature of the water in the water reservoir. The control circuit illuminates the space around the poultry fountain and feeding station.

A mounting component and an adapting component provide a plurality of configurations of an adapting and mounting system for attaching a species-selective feed nozzle to a variety of animal feeders.

A pet interaction device is described. In some examples, the device includes a housing having an opening, and a treat dispenser configured to deliver a treat to a shelf within the housing or other target area visible from the outside by a pet that looks through the opening. The device also includes a camera having a lens that is oriented to provide the camera with a view from the inside of the housing outwards through the opening. The treat dispenser delivers a treat onto the shelf where it is visible to the pet through the opening, such that the camera will have a view of the pet as it gazes at the treat on the shelf.

Feral hog feeding assemblies and devices configured to selectively meter predetermined amounts of food, toxin, birth control/sterilizing agents or any combination thereof and track and communicate the same to a peripheral device to track frequency of use thereof while concurrently reducing and/or minimizing entry of non-feral hog animals.

A pedal activated pet dish includes a base; a bowl affixed to the base; a lid attached to the bowl by a hinge; and a pedal actuator mounted to the base. The base houses an opening apparatus connected to the lid. The pedal actuator is vertically slidable and is connected to the opening apparatus. When the pedal actuator is depressed, it causes the opening apparatus to lift the lid.

The present development is a pet toy with a hidden cavity for a treat or similar enticement for the pet. The hidden cavity is preferably enclosed within a plunger-type device so the pet must extract the plunger to retrieve the treat.

A feeding station for at least one animal, said feeding station comprising: at least one supply hopper having a food product; a food dispensing unit having means for dispensing controlled portions of said food product; a weigh hopper for receiving said food product from said food dispensing unit; a hemi-circular disc-shaped feeding platform for receiving said food product from said weigh hopper; a hemi-frustoconical sweeping member rotatable on a top surface of said hemi-circular disc-shaped feeding platform to remove unconsumed food product off said feeding platform after a feeding event.

A pet-only feeder may include a moveable main platform above a base, with an openable container resting on the base. The openable container may be openable when a handle disconnects from a top of the openable container.

Animal feeders are disclosed that include a barrier limiting access to feed inside the feeder, doors controlled by an actuator and a control system configured to feed certain species to the exclusion of others by the recognition of those species. Cameras and, in some cases, other detectors are used to detect and identify animals by species. Doors may be configured to be open by default and remain open for the feeding of desired animals with the doors closing to prevent feeding upon the approach of an animal targeted for exclusion.
