SPINNING REEL
A spinning reel includes a reel body, a spool shaft moveably supported to the reel body in a front-rear direction with a reciprocal stroke distance (S), and a spool including a bobbin trunk, the bobbin trunk including an outer circumference around which a fishing line is capable of being wound, and a front flange extending radially outward from a front end of the bobbin trunk, and connected to the spool shaft. An outer diameter of the front flange is less than 60 mm, and a first value obtained by dividing a stroke distance of the spool shaft by a winding pitch of the fishing line is greater than or equal to 20.
Reciprocating mechanism for a fishing reel
An oscillating mechanism includes a traverse camshaft, an engaging unit, and a slider body. The traverse camshaft includes a spiral groove. The traverse camshaft rotates in conjunction with the winding operation of a handle attached to the reel main body. The engaging unit includes an engaging claw configured to engage the spiral groove. The slider body includes a supporting hole rotatably supporting the engaging unit. A groove extends in the penetration direction of the supporting hole, and is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the supporting hole of the slider body.
Reciprocating mechanism for a fishing reel
A reciprocating mechanism for a fishing reel includes a first rotating body, a second rotating body, a rotation transmission body, and a movable body. The first rotating body is configured to rotate in conjunction with a winding operation of a handle of the fishing reel. The second rotating body is arranged spaced apart from the first rotating body along a spool shaft direction in which a spool shaft of the fishing reel extends. The rotation transmission body is bridged between the first rotating body and the second rotating body, and is configured to transmit the rotation of the first rotating body to the second rotating body. The movable body is configured to engage the rotation transmission body, and is configured to reciprocate in the spool shaft direction accompanying an actuation of the rotation transmission body.
Sound generating mechanism for a spinning reel
A sound generating mechanism for a spinning reel that generates sound by rotation of a spool relative to a spool shaft includes a first member, a second member, a pin member, a coil spring and a metal holding member. The first member is integrally rotatable with the spool, and has a plurality of concavo-convex portions arranged at intervals in a direction of rotation of the spool. The second member is rotationally fixed with respect to the spool shaft. The pin member is disposed to be capable of contacting the concavo-convex portions. The coil spring is configured to bias the pin member toward the concavo-convex portions. The metal holding member is attached to the second member and holding the coil spring.

A reciprocating mechanism of a fishing reel and a spinning reel using the reciprocating mechanism are provided. The spinning reel comprises a housing, a crank, a rotor, a line cup and a reciprocating mechanism of a fishing reel. The reciprocating mechanism of a fishing reel comprises: a main shaft provided with a reciprocating thread, wherein the rear end of the main shaft is movably inserted into a fishing reel, and the front end of the main shaft is connected with a line cup on the fishing reel; a worm gear disc arranged in the fishing reel and being in transmission connection with a crank on the fishing reel; a worm provided with a slot, sleeved on the main shaft, and engaged with the worm gear disc; and a sliding pawl having a connecting ratch adapted with the reciprocating thread, wherein the connecting ratch penetrates through the slot and is engaged with the reciprocating thread.
Rotation transmission mechanism and spinning reel for fishing having the same
A rotation transmission mechanism of a spinning reel for fishing transmits a rotation of a handle to a driven gear of a reciprocating mechanism. The rotation transmission mechanism includes an intermediate gear, a shaft member, and a biasing member. The intermediate gear rotates in response to rotation of the handle, meshes with the driven gear, and transmits the rotation of the handle to the driven gear. The shaft member rotatably supports the intermediate gear. The biasing member biases the intermediate gear in an axial direction of the shaft member.
