Dredge position controller
A position controller for electronically monitoring the position and speed of a dredge. The position controller consists of an electric powered line winding spool with an electric encoder to indicate line speed and position to a microprocessor. A drag control assembly with electric control is used to increase, decrease or set the drag at desired setting by microprocessor control. Touch screen microprocessor interface is the preferred method to enter settings into the system and allow display/control through multiple preexisting marine electronic devices throughout a fishing boat.

STORAGE DEVICE FOR CRAWLER HARNESS FISHING SYSTEM
A storage device for a fishing lure includes a spool having a longitudinal axis extending between first and second ends. A flange extends radially from the first end of the spool and includes a circumferential edge extending between first and second sides. A slot extends radially from the edge toward the longitudinal axis. A recess extends radially from the edge between the first and second sides. The slot receives a line of the lure so that a connecting element at a first end of the line is disposed at the first side of the flange. The spool receives a length of the line so that the line is wrapped about the spool. The recess receives a hook at a second end of the line to secure the second end relative to the spool when the connecting element is disposed at the flange and the line is wrapped about the spool.
Topside trolling reel
The topside trolling reel is an adapter that attaches a trolling reel to the bottom side of a spin casting reel. The trolling reel is further defined with a cage, a spool, a tensioner, a handle, and a trolling reel foot. The cage is further defined with a first end disk, a second end disk, and a plurality of cage bars. The topside trolling reel comprises a trolling reel and a spinning rod adapter. The spinning rod adapter attaches the cage of the trolling reel to the traditional bottom mount of a spin casting reel rod. In the first potential embodiment of the disclosure, the spinning rod adapter is attached to the cage of the trolling reel using four readily and commercially available screws. The spinning rod adapter is then attached normally to a reel seat provisioned spin casting reel rod.

Reel frame for fishing
Provided is a reel frame for fishing that has improved machinability and productivity with a minimized machining cost by reducing the portions that requires milling, but by maximizing the portions that requires lathe processing. The reel frame for fishing includes: a palm-facing first panel; a gear-facing second panel; a spool space between the first and second panel; and a connecting unit maintaining the space and including a first rib connecting the first and second panel to each other and combined with a fishing rod mount, in which the first rib has a body and curved ends at both sides of the body to make a recess between the first and second panels and the first rib, for lathe processing for making inside chamfered portions around inner sides of the first and second panels.
