A fishing reel that may be used in connection with bowfishing is disclosed having a housing with a generally cylindrical first portion with an aperture disposed about a center top portion of the cylindrical first portion. The housing has a generally cylindrical second portion disposed about a bottom of the first portion. The second portion of the housing has an outer perimeter that is less than an outer perimeter of the first portion of the housing. A crank arm is disposed about a side of the housing, said crank arm having a mount that is disposed perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the housing. A handle is disposed about a bottom of the second portion, said handle having a post disposed coaxial with a center of the aperture and a grip coupled to the post and disposed perpendicular to the post.

A line guide mechanism for a spinning reel includes a bail support member movably connected to one of the pair of rotor arms, a fixed shaft fixed to the bail support member, a line roller rotatably supported by the fixed shaft to guide the fishing line to the spool, a bail having an end supported by the bail support member via the fixed shaft to guide the fishing line to the line roller, a cover member on the end of the bail to cover a part of the line roller, and a projection member on the bail support member and having a line slack prevention portion including a first part extending in an axial direction of the fixed shaft and facing the line roller in a radial direction of the fixed shaft closer to an axis of the fixed shaft than an outer peripheral surface of the cover member.

The present disclosure discloses a reel line guide device for use in a baitcast reel, the reel line guide device including: a mount provided with a mounting position for accommodating a reel assembly; a guide arranged on the mount and positioned on one side of the mounting position, the guide being provided with a passage hole for a fishing line on the reel assembly to pass through; and a button transmission mechanism arranged on the mount and including a button assembly and a transmission assembly, the transmission assembly being connected to the button assembly and the guide to drive the guide to rotate under the action of the button assembly, so as to adjust an angle of the passage hole of the guide relative to the reel assembly. A baitcast reel having the above-mentioned reel line guide device, and a fishing tackle are further disclosed.

A line guide mechanism for a spinning reel includes a bail support member movably connected to one of the pair of rotor arms, a fixed shaft fixed to the bail support member, a line roller rotatably supported by the fixed shaft to guide the fishing line to the spool, a bail having an end supported by the bail support member via the fixed shaft to guide the fishing line to the line roller, a cover member on the end of the bail to cover a part of the line roller, and a projection member on the bail support member and having a line slack prevention portion including a first part extending in an axial direction of the fixed shaft and facing the line roller in a radial direction of the fixed shaft closer to an axis of the fixed shaft than an outer peripheral surface of the cover member.

A dual-bearing reel includes a reel body, a spool, a handle, and a spool shaft. The reel body has a first side plate having a first opening that opens in an axial direction of the spool shaft and through which the spool can pass, a second side plate that faces the first side plate, and a second side cover that is mounted on the second side plate. The spool has a bobbin trunk and a second flange. The handle is rotatably provided on the first side plate side of the reel body. The second side plate has a second opening that opens in the axial direction and a fixing portion for mounting a second side cover member, the fixing portion being provided on a peripheral edge of the second opening and at a position overlapping the second flange as viewed in the axial direction.

A spincast reel having a central body having a front cover, a rear cover, a foot extending from the rear cover and adapted to be connected to a fishing pole; an opening on the front cover adapted to receive a fishing line; a spool hub; a handle connected to the central body; a transversal shaft connected to the handle; a main shaft extending axially through the spool hub; bushings, a drive gear, and a pinion gear operatively connected to the transversal shaft, the bushings, the drive gear, and the pinion gear rotate the transversal shaft; a first pickup pin and a second pickup pin located inside the spool hub, the first and the second pickup pins located diametrically opposed to each other; and the first and the second pickup pins move parallel to the fishing pole towards the front cover in a first position and towards the rear cover in a second position.

A dual-bearing reel includes a reel body, a spool, a handle, and a spool shaft. The present application is directed to a rodless hand held fishing device, including a main body and an actuation assembly. The fishing device may be assembled and disassembled as desired. The fishing device may include interchangeable parts providing for one or more particular fishing activities.
