The spool is positioned at least partially within the housing, defines an inner volume, and includes a spindle. The noisemaker includes a sprocket having a plurality of teeth, a pawl positioned alongside the sprocket, and a set of arms abutting the pawl. The set of arms are positioned on opposite sides of the pawl. The pawl is positioned to engage with the plurality of teeth of the sprocket when the sprocket rotates. The noisemaker creates an audible alert when the pawl engages the plurality of teeth and thereafter disengages from the plurality of teeth of the sprocket.
