Large arbor ice fishing tip-up spool
An improved and efficient ice-fishing tip-up spool having a generally cylindrical shape comprising an arbor configured within a first side wall and a second side wall, wherein the arbor has a diameter larger than conventional ice fishing tip-up spools. The larger arbor on the improved and efficient spool decreases the amount of fishing line required to have a full spool which can be achieved with less than 100 feet of fishing line. The large arbor spool also comprises a handle which is integrated onto the second wall and makes the spooling and re-spooling quicker in combination with the larger arbor as the fishing line spooled on per revolution is more than the fishing line spooled on per revolution by conventional ice fishing tip-up spools.
SPOOL FOR FISHING REEL
Provided is a fishing reel spool that has a line knot hider. The spool for a fishing reel includes a knot hider for hiding a knot of a fishing line inside the surface of a winding part such that a line is uniformly wound on the winding section without a knot exposed outside the surface of the winding section, thereby not interfering with thumbing in casting and enabling even a beginner to easily connect and use a fishing line without connecting a fishing line to a spool using a complicated knotting manner. The spool for a fishing ring includes a drum-shaped winding part mounted on a reel body by a shaft and configured to wind a fishing line on an outer surface thereof, and a knot hider configured to hide a knot of the fishing line inside a surface of the winding part.
Dual-bearing reel
A dual-bearing reel includes a reel body, a spool shaft, a first elastic member, a first shaft bearing, a pinion gear, a pressing member, and a second elastic member. The first elastic member is mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the spool shaft. The first shaft bearing includes an inner race that has an inner circumferential surface that contacts the first elastic member, and an outer race. The pressing member is pressed by the pinion gear in a first direction and approaches a first end when the pinion gear is in the decoupled position. The second elastic member is disposed between the pressing member and the outer race of the first shaft bearing, and the pressing member is pressed by the pinion gear when the pinion gear is in the decoupled position, thereby pressing the outer race of the first shaft bearing in the first direction.
SINGLE-BEARING REEL
A single-bearing reel includes a reel unit, a spool shaft, a support unit, a spool, a first restriction member, a second restriction member, a pair of first seal members, a second seal member, and a third seal member. The pair of first seal members is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the support unit. One of the pair of first seal members seals between the support unit and the first restriction member. The other of the pair of first seal members seals between the support unit and the second restriction member. The second seal member seals an inner peripheral part of the support unit from an inner peripheral part of the first restriction member. A third seal member seals the inner peripheral part of the support unit from an inner peripheral part of the second restriction member.
Dual-bearing reel
A dual-bearing reel includes a reel body, a spool rotatably held between side plates, and a brake unit configured to brake the spool. The brake unit includes a cover portion, a first regulator and a second regulator. The cover portion has a first circumferential part and a second circumferential part, and is mounted to the reel body. The first regulator and the second regulator are covered with the cover portion. The first circumferential part has a first opening exposing at least a part of the first regulator therethrough, whereas the second circumferential part has a second opening exposing at least a part of the second regulator therethrough. The reel body has a first restriction part covering the first opening.
DUAL-BEARING REEL
A dual-bearing reel includes a reel unit, a spool shaft, a spool, and a brake device. The spool shaft is rotatably supported by the reel unit. The spool includes a bobbin trunk, a shaft mount and a coupling wall. The bobbin trunk includes an internal space. The shaft mount has a tubular shape, and is penetrated by the spool shaft. The coupling wall couples the bobbin trunk and the shaft mount. The brake device includes at least one magnet disposed in opposition to the coupling wall. The brake device brakes the spool by a magnetic force applied to the coupling wall from the at least one magnet.
ROTATION TRANSMISSION MECHANISM FOR SPINNING REEL
A rotation transmission mechanism includes a drive shaft, a drive gear, a pinion gear, a first bearing, and a positioning structure. The drive shaft is rotatable with respect to a chassis. The drive gear is unitarily rotatable with the drive shaft. The pinion gear is rotatably mounted to the chassis and disposed in a skew direction to the drive shaft, the pinion gear meshed with the drive gear. The first bearing is mounted to the chassis, is disposed between the chassis and the drive shaft, and rotatably supports the drive shaft. The positioning structure is mounted to an end of the drive shaft, and positions the drive shaft with respect to the first bearing.
Support structure for fishing reel
A support structure for a fishing reel includes a first portion, a second portion, a first shaft bearing and a second shaft bearing arranged side by side in the axial direction along an axis between the outer circumferential surface of the first portion and the inner circumferential surface of the second portion, a spacer disposed between an inner race of the first shaft bearing and an inner race of the second shaft bearing, and a regulating member configured to restrict movement an outer race of the first shaft bearing or an outer race of the second shaft bearing, in a direction in which one of the outer race of the first shaft bearing or the outer race of the second shaft bearing is separated from the other of the outer race of the first shaft bearing or the outer race of the second shaft bearing.
Enclosure for a Fishing Reel in the Form of a Toy Vehicle
A fishing reel which includes a covering or enclosure that can also be functionally used as a toy car when detached from the fishing rod. The fishing reel functions as traditional spincast fishing reel when attached to the fishing rod. The reel enclosure is formed in the shape of a toy vehicle and is detachable from the fishing rod. Once removed, the reel enclosure can be reassembled and used as a toy vehicle independent of the rod.
Fishing reel spool line clasp
A clasp is fixed onto a reel and may be original equipment in the reel, or alternatively, the spool may be a replacement or supplemental spool for use in an existing reel. The spool component of a reel includes a central core with flanges on each side to retain a line wound thereon. The spool is intended to be rotated/spun in the reel or alternatively fixed where the line feeder rotates around the spool. The clasp may be positioned on the surface of the core or on the inside surface of one of the side flanges. This way, a fishing line is anchored on the inside of a spool as the line is wound around and builds up outwardly in the spool.
