FRAGRANT EYEGLASSES
A type of fragrant eyeglasses is revealed. The fragrant eyeglasses include an eyeglass body and a nose bridge which is arranged at the eyeglass body and provided with a mounting space for mounting fragrance tablets. At least one air inlet and at least one air outlet for guiding air flows are disposed on a front side and a rear side of the mounting space respectively. Thereby the fragrance tablet mounted in the nose bridge is just adjacent to the user's nose when the eyeglasses are fitted on bridge of user's nose by the nose bridge. Thus the user smells scents emanated from the fragrance tablet and feels refreshing and soothing. The air inlet and the air outlet not only help emanation of scents from the fragrance tablet, but also guide the scents to spread along with air flows induced by movements of people who while walking or riding bicycles.
Piezoelectric Device for the Targeted Diffusion of Active Material in Animals
The invention relates to a refillable device (1) for spraying an active substance, comprising a reservoir (2) containing at least one active substance, said device being equipped with a piezoelectric spraying mechanism (6). The device is attached to or in the collar of an animal. The invention also relates to the use of said device for spraying an active substance in a controlled manner from a distance in a desired direction. Said device can be used multi-directionally independently of the movements of the animal.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS FOR EFFECTIVE INSECT POPULATION SUPPRESSION
Provided herein are compositions, systems, and methods for suppressing a population of insects such as flies. Some embodiments relate to compositions comprising a fermented biomass, a dye and a particulate matter. Some embodiments relate to systems and methods for use of the compositions described herein. The compositions are biodegradable, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly.
Liquid Release Device
A hollow container is combined with a burstable envelope retaining a liquid agent. The container is designed to allow a user to open the envelope by bursting or likewise rupturing the envelope while it remains in the container. The design of the envelope provides a predictable bursting location and a lower bursting pressure of the envelope to provide a more controlled release of liquid agent. Bursting forces may be applied in any of a variety of ways just as by twisting or crushing. The design allows for desired use of beneficial envelope materials such as polyester films that are otherwise difficult to rupture.
Manage and control pests infestation using machine learning in conjunction with automated devices
Embodiments of the present invention provides a systems and methods for pest control. The system detects one or more pests based on receiving sensor data from one or more sensors associated with a predefined location. The system analyzes the sensor data with cognitive machine learning based on the detected pests. The system generates a treatment recommendation report based on the analysis and outputs the treatment recommendation report.

Insecticide dispensing device and method
Insecticide dispensing devices and methods of the present technology provide for the prolonged release of insecticide for the eradication of insect populations. Insecticide dispensing devices include an attractive toxic sugar bait, and have a housing configured with at least one aperture to allow a gaseous compound to exit the internal cavity and sized to allow entry of a target insect into the internal cavity. Methods of insecticide dispensing include activating the attractive toxic sugar bait in the device, and placing the activated device in an area where insects are present.
TRAPPING METHOD, LIGHT SOURCE DEVICE, AND TRAPPING DEVICE FOR ADULT MOTHS BELONGING TO INDOOR PHYCITINAE SUBFAMILY
A light source device for trapping indoor adult Phycitinae, which is an adult moth belonging to subfamily Phycitinae, is configured to: emit an attracting light at a predetermined photon flux density; and form a guide path by the attracting light to guide the adult Phycitinae to a vicinity of an emission end of the attracting light in a region having a photon flux density lower than the predetermined photon flux density on a side lower than a height of the emission end of the attracting light
DISPENSER FOR FORMIC ACID VAPOUR AND METHOD FOR MITE CONTROL IN BEEHIVES
A dispenser is disclosed. In one example, the dispenser relates to the distribution of formic acid vapour in beehives to combat mites. The dispenser has an evaporation surface which is delimited by a thin, gas-permeable, highly porous membrane made from a hydrophobic material and comprises an evaporation container and a reservoir, for the treatment dose of a liquid formic acid preparation. The evaporation container can be placed in a narrow air space of the hive, for example a comb space. The evaporation surface is exposed in a comb space of the brood nest or an air flow path. In one embodiment, the dispenser is equipped with a stackable packaging, and the treatment dose of the formic acid preparation is located exclusively in the hermetically sealed reservoir. The dispenser allows a very high evaporation rate per unit area and can be used without spatially extending the hive.
Pest control and detection system with conductive bait matrix
A pest control and/or detection system generally includes an electrically conductive bait matrix including at least one carrier material that is at least one of palatable, a phagostimulant and/or consumable and/or displaceable by pests, and a plurality of electrically conductive particles. The electrically conductive particles are substantially randomly interspersed throughout the at least one carrier material. The at least one carrier material includes a thermoplastic material and/or a resin.
