Also disclosed are an apparatus that includes the electrical energy processing unit and a method of utilizing the apparatus. Further disclosed are a computer program for a processor of the control circuit of the electrical energy processing unit and a non-transitory computer readable medium that includes the computer program.
Agricultural vehicle having an improved application boom for mounting attachments
An agricultural vehicle includes a chassis, wheels supporting the chassis for moving the vehicle, an application boom coupled to the chassis and configured to deliver agricultural product to an agricultural field. The application boom has a boom arm including a longitudinal mount. In embodiments, the longitudinal mount includes a first projection, a second multi-lip projection, and a third projection. The second multi-lip projection has a first lip and a second lip. The agricultural vehicle further includes a first mounted attachment fastened to the first projection and the first lip of the second projection, and a second mounted attachment fastened to the second lip of the second projection and the third projection.
MULTI-MEDIA STRUCTURES CONTAINING GROWTH ENHANCEMENT ADDITIVES
Embodiments described herein provide for multi-media structures 100 with growth enhancement additives for multiple stages of growth of an organism such as a plant, fungus or bacteria, including the production of individual media structures and multi-media structures 100 for multi-stage growth. Methods for the production of individual media structure and multi-media structures 100 with growth enhancement additives are provided. Methods for using multi-media structures 100 to grow an organism through multiple stages of growth such as root production, vegetative growth and flowering are also provided.
AGRICULTURAL HARVESTING MACHINE WITH PRE-EMERGENCE WEED DETECTION AND MITIGATION SYSTEM
An agricultural harvesting machine includes crop processing functionality configured to engage crop in a field, perform a crop processing operation on the crop, and move the processed crop to a harvested crop repository, and a control system configured to identify a weed seed area indicating presence of weed seeds, and generate a control signal associated with a pre-emergence weed seed treatment operation based on the identified weed seed area.
Implements and application units having a fluid applicator with nozzles for placement of applications with respect to agricultural plants of agricultural fields
Described herein are implements and applicators for placement of fluid applications with respect to agricultural plants of agricultural fields. In one embodiment, a fluid applicator includes at least one applicator arm, a first nozzle disposed to apply fluid to a rhizosphere of the plants, and a second nozzle disposed to apply fluid between the row of plants.
MULTI-SENSOR PLATFORM FOR CROP HEALTH MONITORING
A mobile sensory platform includes a propulsion system configured to move the platform within a growing area, a vertically-extending support, and sensors in or on the support. Different sensors are positioned at different heights along the support. The sensors are configured to capture data associated with plants in the growing area. The platform also includes a communication interface configured to support two-way wireless communication, a power supply, and a control system configured to control movement of the platform and operation of the sensors. The sensors include microclimate sensors configured to sense microclimates around individual ones of the plants and stereo imaging sensors configured to capture images of the plants. The sensors are configured to non-invasively capture multi-dimensional data points for the individual ones of the plants. At least some of the multi-dimensional data points are associated with a 3D structure of a canopy of the individual ones of the plants.
Robotic agricultural remediation
Implementations are described herein for analyzing vision data depicting undesirable plants such as weeds to detect various attribute(s). The detected attribute(s) of a particular undesirable plant may then be used to select, from a plurality of available candidate remediation techniques, the most suitable remediation technique to eradicate or otherwise eliminate the undesirable plants.
Control of harmful organisms on the basis of the prediction of infestation risks
The present invention relates to the control of harmful organisms which may appear during the cultivation of crop plants. The control is effected on the basis of the prediction of subarea-specific infestation risks.
Autonomous ground surface treatment system and method of operation of such a system
An autonomous ground maintenance system comprising a vehicle comprising a chassis supported upon a ground surface by ground support members, a container supported by the chassis, the container defining a discharge outlet operable to disperse treating material held within the container to a target area of the ground surface, a gate adapted to selectively open and close the discharge outlet, a sensor adapted to identify the target area, and an electronic controller supported by the chassis, the controller being in communication with the sensor and the gate. The controller is adapted to position the chassis at a location proximate the target area such that the discharge outlet is capable of delivering the treating material to the target area and energize the gate to open the discharge outlet.
Weed enclosure device
A weed enclosure device has a main body with a first enclosure half hingedly connected to a second enclosure half. Each of the first enclosure half and the second enclosure half may be movable about a hinge between a closed position and an opened position. The main body may have a top end and a bottom end. A first aperture may be formed in the top end of the main body. A second aperture may be formed in the bottom end of the main body. At least one divider may be disposed in the main body. The divider may have a plurality of flexible holders.
