Insect swatting device
The device for swatting insects includes a shaft having a distal end and a proximal end, a handle portion mounted on the proximal end, and a paddle portion mounted on the distal end. The paddle portion absorbs excess force so that strong swings to strike the insect are less likely to damage the device. The paddle portion includes an elongated frame, a plurality of first flaps, and a plurality of second flaps. The elongated frame has top contact portion and a bottom contact portion. An initial configuration includes the flaps being planar and the top contact portion being furthest apart from the bottom contact portion in preparation to strike. A deformed configuration includes the flaps being bent upward from the frame and the top contact portion and the bottom contact portion closer to each other during the strike on the insect.
PROJECTILE FOR AN INSECT ZAPPER GUN
An electrifiable projectile for an insect zapper gun is capable of killing a target insect at a distance from the user. The projectile includes a pattern of electric wires forming a front-facing conductive contact structure having a breadth sufficient to allow the projectile to intercept an insect when propelled in a forward trajectory toward an insect. When the projectile's pattern of electric wires comes into contact with the target insect, an electric charge on the projectile is transmitted to the insect rendering the insect deceased.

An insect zapper gun is capable of killing a target insect at a distance from the user. The zapper gun incudes an electrifiable projectile fired from a handheld base. When the projectile comes into contact with the target insect, an electric charge on the projectile is transmitted to the insect rendering the insect deceased.

Loading mechanism bug killing gun
An improved loading mechanism bug killing gun includes a compressed gas source fluidly connected to a chamber connected to a barrel. A compressed gas release mechanism is connected to the compressed gas source. A projectile storage magazine stores particulate projectiles and is located adjacent the chamber. A projectile loading mechanism moves the projectiles into the chamber from the magazine. A cocking mechanism is mechanically connected to the compressed gas source, the compressed gas release mechanism, and the projectile loading mechanism. When the gun is cocked, the projectile loading mechanism loads a quantity of the projectiles into the chamber. When the compressed gas release mechanism is activated the projectiles are ejected from the chamber into the barrel and expelled from the gun. The gun optionally includes a laser sighting mechanism. The battery operated laser sighting mechanism is removably attached to the barrel or permanently attached with an integral, trigger operated switch.

ERGONOMIC COLLAPSIBLE FLY SWATTING APPARATUS
An ergonomic collapsible fly swatting apparatus, including a gripping pad. The gripping pad having an anchor ring affixed to an apex of said gripping pad. The ergonomic collapsible fly swatting apparatus also including an elastic tether secured to the anchor ring of the gripping pad. The elastic tether rests in a constricted state, whereby said elastic tether gains stored energy when stretched by a user and accelerates toward and projects past said anchor ring when released by said user. The ergonomic collapsible fly swatting apparatus is capable of carrying in a user's pocket, and capable of launching a projecting element at high velocity capable of incapacitating a fly or other insect.
