Product delivery method to the treatment object and the device for its implementation

A fluid dispersion system and method used for spraying large areas with near-monodispersed, aerosolized fluid droplets. More specifically, the system creates and distributes a cloud of near-monodispersed droplets of fluid by pumping pressurized air and fluid through fluid dispersion machinery and into, and out of, a fluid dispersion nozzle. The fluid dispersion machinery is a combustion engine-driven air compressor system that includes an engine, radiator, fuel tank, fluid tank, fluid piping system, fluid pump, air compressor, air compression intake, one or more fluid dispersal nozzles, air ducting, clutch, and control system. The method of fluid dispersion is implemented at night during a nighttime air inversion when there is a temperature difference between the temperature of air at the top of an object and the temperature of air near the ground surface.

A system for applying a chemical agent within a pipe includes a skid assembly, moveable longitudinally within the pipe. The skid assembly has a bottom positionable on a bottom, internal portion of the pipe. A delivery nozzle is carried by the skid assembly and is coupleable to a chemical agent supply. A dispensing tip delivers a controlled stream of chemical agent within the pipe toward an internal surface of the pipe. The tip is held at or above a surface of fluid carried by the pipe while at least a portion of the skid assembly is positioned below the fluid surface. The dispensing tip is limited from delivering the chemical agent downwardly toward the bottom of the skid assembly such that the dispensing tip delivers the controlled stream of chemical agent upwardly away from the bottom surface of the pipe and upwardly away from the fluid surface.

METHOD OF SPRAYING SMALL OBJECTS

Various embodiments of an apparatus, methods, systems and computer program products described herein are directed to an agricultural observation and treatment system and method of operation. Fluid may be provided through a first pressurized fluid line from a fluid source within an agricultural treatment system to a fluid port of a treatment head assembly of the agricultural treatment system. The fluid may be delivered from the fluid port to one or more spraying tips when the fluid regulator is actuated when in a desired position.

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for controlling spraying of chemicals by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). An unmanned aerial vehicle system includes one or more processors configured to perform operations of autonomously performing a flight path by the UAV and dispersing a chemical by the UAV along portions of the flight path. The UAV may include a chemical spray system having one or more spray booms with multiple nozzles for dispersing a chemical. The chemical spray system may include one or more tanks attached to the body of the UAV and a pump fluidly connected to the tanks to disperse chemical via the spray booms.

EVALUATING PEFORMANCE OF AN AUTONOMOUS TREATMENT SYSTEM IN AN AGRICULTRUAL ENVIRONMENT

Various embodiments of an apparatus, methods, systems and computer program products described herein are directed to an agricultural observation and treatment system and method of operation. The system uses a pump in combination with a fluid regulator to obtain and disperse fluid from the fluid tanks. The fluid regulator includes a fluid input port, a fluid output port and a fluid control valve. A first tube fluidly coupled from the fluid pump to the fluid input port. The system includes a moveable treatment head having one or more spraying tips, including a first spraying tip. A second tube is fluidly coupled from the fluid output port to the moveable treatment head. A system includes a controller configured to provide to the fluid regulator to open and close the fluid control valve to release an amount of the first fluid.

The present irrigation pest control system relates generally to the automated dispersal of pest control agents and other agricultural agents to lawns and agricultural areas. Users may program a desired schedule for the dispersal of various chemical agents at certain time periods and in specified volumes by automating the dispersal of chemical agents into the irrigation system. This automated system can function through the programming of a multi-port pinch chemigation valve that regulates the dispersal of about twelve (12) different chemical agents housed in a plurality of smart port cartridges in fluid communication with the multi-port pinch chemigation valve. The multi-port pinch chemigation valve eliminates redundancies by integrating the dispersal of pest control and other chemical agents with the normal irrigation process.

A water lance provided with a diaphragm pump comprises a nozzle, a lance body and a water absorption ball. A diaphragm pump and a motor for driving the diaphragm pump are disposed in the lance body. The diaphragm pump drives water to be absorbed by the water absorption ball and to be sprayed by the nozzle, and comprises a rotating assembly, a swing component, a diaphragm assembly and a housing. The rotating assembly has an end connected to the motor and an end connected to the diaphragm assembly through the swing component. A pump chamber is formed by the diaphragm assembly and the housing. A split-type diaphragm pump is used as a liquid pump of a spraying facility, and all separated components are fixed through clamp springs and are assembled or disassembled step by step, so that parts can be replaced specifically, and later maintenance is facilitated.
