GARDENING MATERIAL DISPENSING APPARATUS
A gardening material dispensing apparatus configured for dispensing gardening material. The gardening material dispensing apparatus includes a convertible container assembly configured to contain a supply of the gardening material, a dispensing conduit configured to flow the gardening material from the container assembly continually based on gravity to a selected area, and at least one material agitator assembly operably coupled to the dispensing conduit and configured to controlled quantities of the gardening material by controlling a speed of rotation of an agitator impeller.
The dispensing conduit dispenses a precise amount of the gardening material continuously onto the selected area.
MECHANISM FOR DISPENSING BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL
A dispenser unit (1) for dispensing biological material, e.g. larvae or insects etc. The dispenser unit has a rotary arrangement (2) with a drive shaft (3) and a plurality of protruding vanes (4) positioned inside a housing (10) for encasing the rotary arrangement to form chambers (5) for containing biological material between respective neighbouring vanes and an inner wall (11) of the housing. A track (6) on the housing serves to engage with each vane or movable element to control the volume of the chamber between an inlet opening (20) in a top part of the housing and an outlet opening (21) in a bottom part of the housing. This allows the biological material to be received in the chambers at the inlet opening (20) and dispensed from the chambers (5) at the outlet opening (21) during rotation of the rotary arrangement. The dispensing unit is designed to provide for an expanding chamber volume as the chambers are being rotated from the inlet opening to the outlet opening. The dispenser unit has proven to provide a low mortality e.g. for dispensing living larvae. It can be transported by a drone or the like to spread biological material over a large area.
Systems and methods for distributing granular materials
Systems and methods for dispensing measured amounts of a granular material, wherein one embodiment is a dispensing apparatus having a dispensing body, a handle and a handle extension coupled between the handle and the dispensing body. The dispensing body has a measuring container with a cavity of known volume, as well as a filling mechanism and a dispensing mechanism. The filling mechanism is selectively activated to fill the cavity of the measuring container with the granular material, and the dispensing mechanism is selectively activated to release the granular material from the cavity to dispense only the predetermined amount of the granular material that fills the cavity of the measuring container from the apparatus. A trigger on the handle is coupled to the filling mechanism and the dispensing mechanism via a linkage in the handle extension, and activation of the trigger selectively activates the filling mechanism and the dispensing mechanism.

Device and Method for Dispensing a Particulate Material
The invention relates to a method for dispensing a particulate material in a target area and a device suitable for use in the method. The method comprise (i) providing a reservoir comprising openings for the particulate material, (ii) providing a number of closing means suitable for at least partially closing the openings of the reservoir (iii) providing a number of screens in the void of the reservoir, said screens being movable, through the void of the reservoir between at least a first and a second position (iv) loading particulate material in the reservoir, (v) moving the reservoir loaded with particulate material over the target area and at least partially opening the number of openings while alternatingly moving the screens between a first and a second position and vice versa.
Rotational tube material spreading device
A spreader device includes a hopper axially mounted above a generally circular hollow tube, the generally circular hollow tube forming a semi-circular hopper floor of an interior area formed by the hopper, and a drive motor assembly attached to the hopper and operable to rotate the generally circular hollow tube within at least a portion of the interior area formed by the hopper.

Garden chemical dispenser
A vertical chemical dispenser is disclosed for dispensing chemicals in the garden. The vertical chemical dispenser teaches a hollow tube having a distal end and a proximal end. A removable cap is positioned at the distal end of the hollow tube. A stand which includes a base is positioned at the proximal end of the hollow tube; and a conical connector is positioned between the distal end of the hollow tube and the stand. The stand can include a dispenser plate assembly.
Spreader with removable material transportation mechanism
A spreader assembly may include a hopper configured for receiving a spreadable material, a removable cartridge configured for sliding engagement with the hopper and having a material transportation mechanism configured for receiving the spreadable material from the hopper, and a spreader configured for receiving the spreadable material from the material transportation mechanism and spreading the spreadable material onto a target surface. One of the hopper and the cartridge may include a roller having a roller surface, and the other of the hopper and the cartridge may include a bearing surface configured for rolling engagement with the roller surface. The cartridge may have one or more pull bars to facilitate removal of the cartridge from the hopper. Related methods are described.
