A bakeware assembly includes a cooking utensil defining a sidewall having a utensil aperture defined therethrough along an insertion direction. A probe adapter is mounted to the sidewall and includes an adapter wall defining an inner surface that is angled relative to the insertion direction to define a tapered channel positioned over the utensil aperture. A temperature probe includes a probe shaft sized for passing through the utensil aperture and a probe base positioned on the probe shaft and being configured for receipt within the tapered channel of the probe adapter, wherein the probe base engages the adapter wall when the temperature probe is in an installed position.

A baking cover including a body section having an interior surface and an exterior surface opposite the interior surface, the body section including a rim formed at the confluence of the interior surface and the exterior surface, the rim configured to demountably couple with a surface; the body section forming a baking volume configured to receive a bread dough.

A cooking device assembly is provided. The cooking device assembly includes a cooking device having a housing with an opening and a cooking compartment arranged therein. A tray assembly is configured to be arranged within the cooking compartment, and includes a tray having a first cooking surface, a shield configured to sustainably cover the opening of the housing when the tray assembly is inserted into the cooking compartment, and an accessory removably mated to the tray, having a grill plate and a bracket. The grill plate has a second cooking surface. The bracket has a first arm pivotally connected to a first side of the grill plate, and a second arm pivotally connected to a second side of the grill plate. The first cooking surface is configured to be arranged at any angle relative to the second cooking surface with the grill plate at any height relative to the tray.

Implemented is a metal baking pan that utilizes a silicone removable base that securely and sturdily engages with a rim on the baking pan's interior surface, in which the removable base includes an embossed design that can be translated to a cake when cake batter is poured into the baking pan. The baking pan includes a cavity that extends from a top side to a bottom side thereof. The baking pan's interior surface is adapted with a protrusion that functions as a rim which extends into and around a perimeter of the cavity. The rim is present so an edge of the removable base can engage with and rest against the rim, thereby making the base removable and creating an ecosystem of bases with different designs that can be used with the baking pan.

A baking attachment for a kitchen appliance has an outer container with inner walls enclosing a receiving compartment and an insertion opening on an upper side. A preparation container is arranged in the receiving compartment. A heating device is provided in an intermediate space between a base and side walls of the preparation container and inner walls of outer container. A mixing and kneading mechanism and a cover for the insertion opening are provided. The outer container detachably inserts into a receiving section of the kitchen appliance base. A free end of a rotary shaft of the mixing and kneading mechanism arranged in a connection section has a first coupling section for rotationally fixed connection to a second coupling section on a drive shaft of the kitchen appliance base. Electrical contact elements of the heating device in the connection section detachable connect to electrical contacts of a kitchen appliance base.

A two piece mold assembly is comprised of flexible material, suitable for baking wherein the two pieces are joined together in a vertical orientation or a stacked orientation and held together by an interlocking seal structure. Once joined together, the mold assembly defines an interior cavity defining a shape for a baked comestible product. A comestible substance is injected into the interior cavity through an aperture in the top of the mold assembly that is either defined by one or more of the two pieces. The interlocking seal prevents egression of injected liquid from extruding outside the mold assembly. After baking, the pieces of the mold can be peeled away from the comestible product at the interlocking seal structure.

A baking container having one or more rupture lines for ease of removal and separation from a baked foodstuff is described herein. The baking container has a sidewall and a planar bottom face. One or more rupture lines may run down a height of the sidewall and across a portion or all of the planar bottom face. Rupture lines having even spacing may form a strip, and the strip may have a pull tab to easily tear through the sidewall. The strip may be reinforced with a string or ribbon. The rupture lines may be formed by perforating or weakening areas of the baking container.

A system for tracking and managing baking pans and trays, comprising a set of baking pans or trays that includes a plurality of individual baking pans or trays, each of which includes a unique identification tag positioned thereon, wherein each unique identification tag includes information about the individual baking pan or tray on which the identification tag is positioned; and a data acquisition system that includes at least one sensor mounted in proximity to a production line conveyor for detecting baking pans or trays positioned on the conveyor; at least one tag-reading device that is activated when the at least one sensor detects a pan or tray on the conveyor, wherein the at least one tag reading device reads information from each identification tag and transmits the information to a controller; and a controller that includes hardware and software that controls the at least one sensor and the at least one tag reading device, and that receives, processes, and outputs the information read from the identification tags on the baking pans or trays.

A mold assembly including at least three pieces that are joined together by a seal. Once joined together, the mold assembly defines an interior cavity defining a shape for a baked comestible product. A comestible substance is injected into the interior cavity through an opening in the mold assembly that is either defined by one of the three pieces or by an opening in the seal between two or more of the three pieces. After baking, the pieces of the mold can be peeled away from the comestible product by breaking the seal.
