BUN PAN AND PROCESS FOR MAKING SAME
A pan system is provided having a male mold portion extending from a base plate to create a pallet. Raw dough is rolled out to a sheet having a uniform thickness, which is then formed into a cut shape. The cut shape is placed to overlay the male mold portion and has overlapping seam areas. A guide is brought into proximity with the base plate and guides posts extend through the base plate. The housing is placed between the guide posts. The overlapping seam areas are bonded during the baking process due to being constrained by the housing and male mold portion.
Scooped out bagel product, apparatus and method of making scooped out bagel
A scooped out bagel dough product, bagel mold halves, and an apparatus using the bagel mold halves for making a scooped out bagel product. The scooped out bagel product is a baked bagel product half having: a crunchy blistered outer shell with a substantially reduced amount of doughy inner chamber that provides its unique flavor. This scooped out bagel product utilizes a predesigned custom mold that creates stalactites, i.e., flavor spikes, and holes or flavor pit formations that each encapsulate the soft doughy inner contents within a boiled and baked blister shell and increases a surface area of dough on an inner surface thereof. The product is a scooped out half bagel crunchy on its outer surface but filled with the flavor spikes, and flavor pits in which substantially reduced amounts of dough are encased relative to a comparable sized whole bagel.
Cupcake and muffin pan

Pocket bun pan
A pan is provided that has a male mold portion, a housing that surrounds the male mold portion, and a top portion with a wing plate that has a complimentary outer surface to the end surface of the male mold portion. The complimentary outer surface forms a more consistent thickness of a baked item. The housing has a bottom surface with an aperture in the bottom to receive the male mold portion. The bottom surface acts to eject the baked item from the pan as the male mold portion is removed from the pan. The top portion can be formed with a continuous surface or have a wing plate that is spaced from a planar portion.
BREAD BAKING MOLD

Wherein the cover plate and the bottom plate can opening and/or closing relative to the frame respectively. When it is necessary to produce toasts of various sizes and shapes, it only needs to replace the container, and there is no need to repurchase a complete set of mold, which can effectively reduce the use cost. The container is convenient to be replaced and can be selected according to the amount of raw material to be produced, which can effectively reduce material waste. The cover plate and the bottom plate are detachable after use. There are no dead corners in the cleaning process, which is helpful to keep clean, to ensure sanitation in use, and to reduce storage space.
INSULATED POCKET BUN
