Baking device
A baking device for producing baked goods, in particular for producing filled baked goods, includes baking presses that can be swung open and closed, can be moved from a feeding device through the baking chamber of the oven and to a goods removal device on a continuously moving continuous conveyor that circulates in the longitudinal direction of the oven. The baking presses have a lower baking mold and an upper baking mold, each movable between open and closed positions about a baking-press axis. The baking presses are connected to the continuous conveyor by releasable mechanical connections. The baking device also has a baking-press removal station at at least one point of the continuous conveyor, at which baking-press removal station baking presses can be removed and reattached. The removal and redelivery of the baking presses are performed on the continuously moving continuous conveyor.
Pan Cleaner System and Method
The present invention relates to a pan cleaner system. The pan cleaner system comprises a main frame adapted to house a supply system, an inverting system and a cleaning system. The supply system, the inverting system and the cleaning system are configured to form a synchronized continuous functional line beginning by the supply system receiving a pan to be cleaned and ending by the cleaning system releasing a clean pan. The supply system comprises a first conveyor adapted to guide the pans towards the inverting and the cleaning systems. In one embodiment, the inverting system comprises a second conveyor adapted to magnetically hold the pans during the transport and the cleaning process. The pan cleaner system further comprises a releasing system adapted to release the pans from the magnetic conveyor once the cleaning process has been completed.
Electrostatic Oiler with Actuation Valve
A pan oiler for depositing cooking oil into product molds of a baking pan includes a conveyor assembly configured to carry the baking pan through the pan oiler and an electrostatic oiler assembly. The electrostatic oiler assembly includes at least one injector assembly, a charge assembly and an oil delivery assembly. The injector assembly may include a valve body, an oil reservoir within the valve body, a valve seat within the valve body in fluid communication with the oil reservoir, a plunger extending into the valve body and an actuator operably connected to the plunger to lift the plunger off the valve seat when the actuator is energized. The plunger is retractable and conductive and in electrical contact with the charge assembly.

ARRANGEMENT FOR CLEANING BAKING SURFACES
A laser arrangement cleans baking surfaces configured in a relief-like manner and optionally cleans evaporation and/or sealing strips of baking plates of a baking machine. The laser arrangement has a laser source for outputting a laser beam onto a locally selectable target area by continuous variation of the output direction of the laser beam and traversing a contour forming the target area. Deflecting optics are arranged at a distance from the laser source and in the target area of the laser source for deflecting the laser beam and for projecting the target area formed by the contour onto the baking plate to be cleaned along a projection direction. The deflecting optics has a device for adjustment for varying the projection direction and the outlet direction of the laser beam.
AUTOMATED CLEANING OF COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus includes a base including a lower heating plate and upper heating unit including an upper heating plate and a cleaning structure configured to move a cleaning blade along at least one of the lower heating plate and the upper heating plate. The apparatus also includes a control circuit configured to control movement of the cleaning blade across the one of the lower heating plate and the upper heating plate.

ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR CLEANING HALF SHELL-SHAPED BAKING MOLD CAVITIES
An arrangement for cleaning half-shell shaped baking mold cavities of a baking mold constructed for producing hollow wafers or cakes includes a dry ice blasting device for providing a heterogeneous mixture of dry ice such as, in particular, frozen, solid CO.sub.2 granules, and a carrier fluid such as, in particular, compressed air. The dry ice blasting device is connected to a nozzle for dispensing the mixture and a nozzle outlet of the nozzle is directed toward a cleaning area. A holding device is provided for holding a baking mold. A movement device is provided for relative movement of the nozzle with respect to the holding device or the baking mold held by the holding device. A method for cleaning a baking mold is also provided.
