A dividable dough sheet piece gives consumers enhanced flexibility in creating food items from pre-made sheeted dough. The dividable dough sheet piece is cut from a dough sheet, with the dividable dough sheet piece having a perimeter and including a plurality of interconnected, sub-pieces defined within the perimeter. Each sub-piece is defined by one or more lines of structural weakness that provide predetermined breaking points. The dividable dough sheet piece can be used as a whole or can be divided into the sub-pieces for alternative use.

SHEETER WITH REMOVEABLE CUTTING ROLLER SLEEVE
A sheeter can include a cutting roller having a driveshaft and a removeable a cutting sleeve. The removeable cutting sleeve can simplify the process for replacing the cutting surface of a cutting roller. Additionally, the sheeter can include a mounting arrangement that supports the driveshaft of the cutting roller in a cantilevered manner, and an access portion allowing the removal sleeves to be pulled off of the driveshaft without removing the driveshaft from the sheeter.

A sheeter can include a discharge conveyor mounted to be laterally translatable so as to allow a user to stand close to the discharge side of the dough sheeter and access those components. The discharge conveyor can be mounted to a guide assembly configured to accommodate lateral movement of the discharge conveyor. The guide assembly can include nesting, primary and secondary guide assemblies.

The present disclosure describes an ultrasonic rotary molding system that is used to form edible compositions or food products as they move along a conveyor belt. The food products are formed by an ultrasonic rotary wheel that includes one or more cutting tools that cut, and perhaps three dimensionally mold, food product strips. The system may include a movable backing plate that is located below the point where the ultrasonic rotary wheel cuts the food product strips. The movable backing plate may be spring loaded and it may exert force upwards against the conveyor belt and in turn against the food product.

Hard taco shell and method and apparatus for producing the hard taco shell
A taco shell is produced using a rotary cutter including a shaft, an outer blade extending radially outward from the shaft and a first inner blade extending radially outward from the shaft. The outer blade defines an interior area, enclosed by the outer blade, and an exterior area. The first inner blade is located in the interior area and includes a plurality of teeth. A dough piece is cut from a dough sheet with the outer blade, and a first arcuate line of depressions is created in the dough piece with the plurality of teeth. The dough piece is folded to form a shaped dough piece, and the shaped dough piece is baked to produce a hard taco shell.
