DISCHARGE APPARATUS FOR FOOD MASSES INCLUDING A SIZE CONTROLLER
A processing line for a food mass including a size controller to control a food mass discharged piece by piece from a kneading bowl. The size controller includes a space-fixed portion including parallel or substantially parallel separating strips with longitudinal axes extending in a first direction, and a punch movable between an upper position and a lower position and movable towards the separating strips and including a base plate to press pieces of the food mass on the separating strips against the separating strips and to comminute the food mass.
Apparatus, System, and Process for Making a Bakery Product
A system to make a bread loaf includes means for moving continuously pans along a predetermined path, each pan including at least one cavity sized and configured for making a bread loaf. Means conditioning continuously a batch of unconditioned dough reduces the size of air pockets therein to form a conditioned dough. Means continuously extrude the batch of conditioned dough at a controlled volumetric feed rate and at a controlled pressure to provide a constant stream of conditioned dough that is continuously cut into individual packets. The entire batch is converted into individual packets of conditioned dough corresponding to a predetermined number of bread loaves to be produced from the batch, with all the packets deposited individually in cavities of the pans.
Flow regulator for extruder assembly
An extruder assembly includes a rolling assembly. An extrusion block includes a plurality of extruding ports that receive an extrudable material from the rolling assembly. A regulating mechanism is positioned within, above, or otherwise near each extruding port of the plurality of extruding ports. The regulating mechanism is operable with respect to the rolling assembly to modify a flow of extrudable material through each respective extruding port.

Device for guiding and supplying dough to a dough processing or transporting means
The invention relates to a device for guiding and supplying dough to a dough processing or transporting means comprising a receiving chamber with at least one belt conveyor comprising a conveyor belt forming at least part of a side wall of the receiving chamber. The receiving chamber is further provided with at least two sealing strips mounted at opposing side ends of the conveyor, wherein the sealing strips create a seal between the conveyor belt and an adjacent stationary wall forming another part of the side wall of the receiving chamber. The invention further relates to a chunker for subdividing dough into smaller parts comprising said device.
HOUSEHOLD NOODLE MAKER
A vertical household noodle maker includes a base, a stirring container connected to the base, a stirring rod longitudinally arranged in the stirring container, an extrusion cylinder horizontally arranged at one side below the stirring container, a spiral rod arranged in the extrusion cylinder, an extrusion die and a control unit. The stirring rod includes a rod body and a stirring blade. The motor rotates the stirring rod and the spiral rod, and a feeding inlet in communication with the extrusion cylinder is provided at a bottom of the stirring container. An inner wall of the stirring container is provided with a cutting rod, and a projection of the cutting rod at least partially overlaps with a projection of the stirring blade in the horizontal direction when the stirring blade is driven by the motor to rotate to a position of the cutting rod.
Device for operating LEDs
The invention relates to a device for operating LEDs, comprising a driver module and an LED module (11), which is controlled by the driver module (10) and has at least one LED. The LED module (11) is fed a current by the driver module (10) via a first connection (1), and a second connection (2) is present, preferably as a ground connection (GND). The device is characterized in that the LED module (11) is connected to the driver module (10) by means of a third connection (3), which is designed as a data channel, a voltage fed by the driver module (10) being applied to the data channel.

TORTILLA-MAKING PROCESS
Methods for the production of a variety of tortilla products involve initial extrusion of one or more grain(s) and/or legume(s) using a twin-screw extruder, followed by mixing the extrudate with water and other ingredients to form a tortilla dough. The dough is then subdivided and formed into a flat tortilla shape, followed by cooking. The grain(s) and/or legume(s) may be previously extruded as a part of a continuous process. High quality tortilla products may be produced using a wide variety of grain(s) and/or legume(s), including gluten-free ingredients.
