METHOD AND MACHINE FOR AGING A NOODLE STRIP
When a sheet of plastic wrap is wound around noodle strips, a folded portion of the sheet of plastic wrap is held between layers of the noodle strip and is double wound on an outer side of the noodle strip. The sheet of plastic wrap covers an entirety of the wound noodle strip. The sheet of plastic wrap on an outer peripheral side of the folded sheet of plastic wrap extends from and is wound around a next noodle strip. Next, another folded portion of the sheet of plastic wrap is held between layers of the next noodle strip and is double wound on an outer side thereof. The sheet of plastic wrap sequentially covers an entirety of the next noodle strip.

The present invention is related to a conveyor system (1) for a plant for producing elongated pasta, for example spaghetti, with a transfer unit (3) for transferring conveyor elements (4) from a first conveyor unit (2a) to a second conveyor unit (2b), the transfer unit (3) comprising a rotatably mounted cam element (3a) with a gripping device (3b) and a fixedly arranged guide element (3c) with an approximately circular-segment-shaped surface section (3d), which are arranged relative to each other in such a way that a conveyor element (4) taken over by the gripping means (3b) of the cam element (3a) from the first conveyor unit (2a) can be moved by rotation of the cam element (3a) along the approximately circular-segment-shaped surface portion (3d) of the guide element (3c) to a position where the conveyor element (4) can be taken over by the second conveyor unit (2b). The present invention further relates to a plant (A) for the production of elongated pasta and to a method for conveying elongated pasta.
SYSTEM FOR CONVEYING PASTA
The present invention is related to a conveyor system (1) for a plant for producing elongated pasta, for example spaghetti, with a transfer unit (3) for transferring conveyor elements (4) from a first conveyor unit (2a) to a second conveyor unit (2b), the transfer unit (3) comprising a rotatably mounted cam element (3a) with a gripping device (3b) and a fixedly arranged guide element (3c) with an approximately circular-segment-shaped surface section (3d), which are arranged relative to each other in such a way that a conveyor element (4) taken over by the gripping means (3b) of the cam element (3a) from the first conveyor unit (2a) can be moved by rotation of the cam element (3a) along the approximately circular-segment-shaped surface portion (3d) of the guide element (3c) to a position where the conveyor element (4) can be taken over by the second conveyor unit (2b). The present invention further relates to a plant (A) for the production of elongated pasta and to a method for conveying elongated pasta.
NOODLE DRIVING APPARATUS
The noodle driving apparatus includes an enclosure having a lateral partition separating the enclosure into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. At least one first cool-air provision device and at least one warm-air recovery device are disposed to a side inside the upper chamber. A number of first cool-air inlets and warm-air inlets are configured on the partition toward another side of the upper chamber. Noodles to be dried are placed in the lower chamber. Cool air produced by the first cool-air provision device is introduced into the lower chamber through the first cool-air inlets to absorb moisture from the noodles. Warm air produced from the first cool-air provision device is collected by the warm-air recovery device and introduced into the lower chamber through the warm-air inlets to dry the noodles. The noodle driving apparatus thereby achieves improved drying performance, enhanced energy consumption, and better drying quality.
ROBOT AND METHOD FOR OPERATING ROBOT
A robot for transporting long and flexible food to a predetermined position, which includes: a base, a first and a second robot arm which are connected to the base, a robot hand provided to the first robot arm and configured to hold the food, an end effector provided to the second robot arm, and a control device configured to control an operation of the first robot arm and the second robot arm. The end effector is configured to support a longitudinal intermediate portion of the food in a state where the food is hung down from an end portion of the robot hand, and the control device controls the operation of the first robot arm and the second robot arm to transport the food in a state where the food is held by the robot hand and the longitudinal intermediate portion of the food is supported by the end effector.

This application provides a method for producing instant noodles having fresh noodle-like flavor and texture. The method for producing instant noodles comprises a heat treatment of noodle strings under specific conditions, such as specific temperature and humidity. Particularly, the method for producing instant noodles comprises the step of carrying out a heating process at an intra-chamber temperature of 130 to 220 C., where the heating process is carried out in an atmosphere of 5% to +10% of the absolute humidity of steam under atmospheric pressure at the temperature.
