SHRIMP PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHODS
Shrimp processing apparatus to peel shrimp along with methods for peeling shrimp are described herein. The shrimp processing apparatus may be provided in systems including one or more processing stations configured to peel individual shrimp, where peeling may involve removal of shell segments on the dorsal surfaces of the shrimp abdomen and/or removal of pleopods/swimmerets on the ventral surfaces of the shrimp abdomen and, optionally, separation of shell segments. The processing systems and methods may, in one or more embodiments, include apparatus for and methods of measuring the shrimp.
SHRIMP PEELING DEVICE
A shrimp peeling device includes a frame, a driving member, a first conveying wheel, a second conveying wheel, a conveying belt, a clamping frame, a cutting assembly, and a shell removing frame. The conveying belt is in transmission connection with the first conveying wheel and the second conveying wheel. The clamping frame is provided with a first pathway for the conveying belt to pass through. A processing opening is formed in the clamping frame. The cutting assembly is disposed at the processing opening. The shell removing frame is provided with a second pathway for the conveying belt to pass through, and the second pathway includes a limiting cavity and a narrowing cavity. The shell removing frame is provided with a discharge port. The conveying belt is upwards bent and folded in half to clamp and convey a shrimp.
SHRIMP PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHODS
Shrimp processing apparatus to head and optionally sever the mud veins of shrimp, along with methods for heading and mud vein severing are described herein. The shrimp processing apparatus may be provided in systems may include one or more processing stations configured to perform one or more of the following functions on each shrimp: measurement of individual shrimp, severing the mud vein of individual shrimp, and heading of individual shrimp.
Lobster cleaning tool
The present invention is a tool used to clean and remove the lobster's intestinal tract, effortlessly and safely. The present lobster cleaning tool is made of high tensile strength plastic. It has a plastic handle with a soft rubber non-slip grip built for comfort. Attached to the handle is a shaft with a set of plastic barbs attached to it. These are used to attach to the intestinal tract inside the lobster tail. The tool is designed with a tamper proof plastic clear cover for safety purposes.
Automatic removal method of shrimp line
An automatic removal method of a shrimp line completes the automatic removal of the shrimp line based on a recognition system, a control system, a feed system, a detection device, a loading device and an auxiliary device. Firstly, by adopting a method of photographic contrast, in a moving process of a shrimp to be treated on a device, a photographing mechanism can take candid photographs according to a preset feature picture, and then controls the track of a tool to remove a shrimp line to complete the purpose of automatically removing the shrimp line. The method has small manual operation, high automation, safe operation, high integration degree of the device, portability, and good removal efficiency of the shrimp line, and is suitable for family meals and table food in restaurants.
SHRIMP PROCESSING SYSTEM, PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHODS
A shrimp processing method and system, the system comprising a plurality of clamps, wherein each clamp is configured to hold a shrimp proximate a tail of the shrimp, a plurality of processing stations comprising at least one data collection station capable of collecting data regarding a shrimp held in a clamp and at least one functional station capable of changing the shrimp held in a clamp, a conveying system connecting the plurality of processing stations, the conveying system configured to move the plurality of clamps between the processing stations, and a controller operably connected to the conveying system and the processing stations, the controller configured to operate the conveying system and to selectively activate each processing station.
Adjustable shrimp processing equipment
A shrimp processing machine includes a frame assembly, a drive assembly coupled therewith, a bracket member, and an adjustable cutting assembly. The adjustable cutting assembly is movable between a raised position and a lowered position and includes a cutting device and an adjustable cam plate operably coupled with the cutting device. The adjustable cam plate has a cam body, an adjustment mechanism, and an engagement region having first, second, and third engagement surfaces. The adjustable cutting assembly is adjustable between a first configuration whereby the cutting device has a slow drop-in rate and a second configuration whereby the cutting device has a fast drop-in rate.
Shrimp peeler and deveiner
Method and apparatus for a handheld tool having a handle on one end along with a blunt ended probe-like arcuate shaped portion on the opposite end which probe is inserted into the shrimp for simultaneously peeling and deveining the shrimp. The handle is designed for being grasped in the hand of a user. The probe has a base-like ricasso portion which acts as a stop for the body of the shrimp so that when the body of the shrimp is pushed against the ricasso the meat is removed from the shrimp by separating the meat from the shell of the shrimp. In operation, the device or tool is inserted along the back of the shrimp at the dorsal portion of the shell and the shrimp is pushed forward and pinched at the same time so that the shrimp is peeled and deveined simultaneously.
Upwardly illuminated inspection station for detecting anomalies in water-borne products
An inspection station and a method of inspecting products for anomalies. The inspection station comprises a trough and a light source. The trough channels a flow of product-laden water along its length. The light source illuminates the product through the water from below, making product anomalies detectable by visual inspection. In that way, products with anomalies, such as shrimp with residual veins, can be culled and reprocessed.
