A device for conditioning ice includes a base housing comprising at least one upstanding sidewall defining an interior space and an upper surface with respect to the at least one upstanding sidewall. The device includes a motor disposed within the interior space of the base housing. The devices includes a sidewall disposed within the upper surface of the base housing defining an opening for receiving a drive shaft therethrough, wherein the drive shaft is mechanically connected to the motor and a blade assembly. The device includes a venting channel disposed in the at least one upstanding sidewall of the base housing for releasing heat emitted by the motor. The device includes a control mechanism for activating and deactivating the motor.
COOLING CONTAINER AND COOLING METHOD, IN PARTICULAR FOR ICE CREAM
The invention relates to a method for cooling a product, in particular an ice cream product, in which at least one cooling element (6, 7) is introduced into a cooling section of a cooling container and in which the product is introduced into a receiving space of the cooling container. The invention further relates to a corresponding cooling container.
The task of the invention is to create a method and a container for cooling a product, e.g. a ready-decorated ice-cream product, which takes into account the special properties of various product components and enables the product to be transported and delivered in optimum condition.
This task is solved by dividing the receiving space into two zones and cooling the first, lower zone of the receiving space to a first temperature below 10 C. and cooling the second, upper zone of the receiving space to a second temperature that is near or above the freezing point of water.
Frozen dessert dispensing machine and cartridge
A machine for dispensing an individual portion of a frozen dessert may include a cartridge cart having walls forming a cavity having a longitudinal central axis and configured to accommodate a cartridge. The cartridge may include a tube having first and second ends, a nozzle disposed at the first end, and a piston disposed between the nozzle and the second end and configured to slidably move along the tube. The individual portion of the frozen dessert may be contained within the tube between the nozzle and the piston. The machine may also include a plunger, a drive source operably coupled to the plunger and configured to drive the plunger along the central axis, and a support configured to support the first end of the cartridge such that actuating the drive source causes the individual portion of frozen dessert to dispense through the nozzle.

A stirrer, located inside the container, rotates about an axis to mix the product. An actuator is connected to the stirrer to rotate the stirrer. A refrigeration system, includes a closed circuit to circulate a primary heat exchanger fluid, an evaporator associated with the container, a compressor, a first air condenser and a throttle element; a control unit; a second condenser regulator for regulating the flow of the fluid and operating on the first and/or second condenser. The control unit drives the regulator to regulate the flow of fluid in the first and second condensers as a function of an operating parameter of the machine.
