MICRO-ENCAPSULATED AQUACULTURE FEED
To provide a feed that does not pollute rearing water, improves the immunity activity of leptocephalus larvae, is capable of directly feeding eel leptocephalus, and is capable of effectively inducing the growth of said larvae into glass eels. This micro-encapsulated aquaculture feed includes: an oil phase 11 having an oil-soluble nutrient component; a water phase 13 which is present inside the oil phase 11, and which includes a water-soluble nutrient component; and a film 15 which includes the oil phase 11 and the water phase 13. The water-soluble nutrient component includes at least one hydrolysate from among hydrolysates of amino acids, oligopeptides, and proteins.
Aquatic-plant Protein Combined Restructured Meat and Preparation Method thereof
The present disclosure discloses an aquatic-plant protein combined restructured meat and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of processing of foods. According to the present disclosure, a protein combined restructuring processing technology can be summarized as including pretreatment of an aquatic-plant protein, combined restructuring, high-temperature qualitative treatment, and integrated forming. The whole process is green, safe, and environmentally friendly. The protein combined restructured meat prepared contains two proteins including an animal protein and a plant protein, and has a protein content of greater than 20%. While the demands for nutritional dietary proteins are met, the chewability is greater than 1,500 g.Math.mm, and the viscoelasticity is excellent. The meat can be processed in various shapes according to needs, directly heated for eating, or processed into a prepared food, a semi-finished product and the like, so that the product has a large application space.
Method for the conversion of insects into nutrient streams and products resulting therefrom
The present invention relates to a method for converting insects into nutrient streams, such as a puree, an enzymatically hydrolysed puree, a fat fraction and a protein fraction. The invention further relates to the (hydrolysed) puree and to the fractions obtainable by said methods and to their use as a food or feed product or as an ingredient therefore. The invention also relates to a method for converting insect larvae into a composition with anti-oxidant properties. Thus, the invention also relates to a method for converting insect larvae into an antioxidant composition. In addition, the invention relates to a composition with anti-oxidant properties obtainable by said method and to the use of the composition as a health promoting food ingredient or as a feed ingredient.
PEPTIDASE AND ITS USES
The invention relates to the uses of a new characterized TET protein showed restricted to N-terminus glycine residues exopeptidase. The invention also relates to a method comprising said use of said new characterized TET protein as a N-terminus glycine residues specific exopeptidase. The invention further relates to a support wherein it is immobilized on said new characterized TET protein as a N-terminus glycine residues specific exopeptidase.
METHOD FOR THE CONVERSION OF INSECTS INTO INSECT PULP AND NUTRIENT STREAMS, INSECT PULP AND NUTRIENT STREAMS OBTAINABLE BY THIS METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for converting insects into a nutrient stream, such as a puree, an enzymatically hydrolysed puree, a fat fraction and a protein fraction.
Method for producing whey protein hydrolysate
The present invention relates to a method for producing a whey protein hydrolysate, the method comprising subjecting a whey protein-containing starting material having (a) a lipid content of less than 1 mass % and/or (b) a lactose content of less than 1 mass % to hydrolysis treatment. According to the present invention, a whey protein hydrolysate having excellent flavor with reduced odor is produced by reducing the problems involving rough taste, bitterness, or an unpleasant odor caused by hydrolysis of whey proteins. It is also possible to produce a whey protein hydrolysate that is not easily discolored, and that is prevented from being degraded in quality during the production process and storage thereof.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING CLAM ACTIVE PEPTIDE
This application belongs to the field of biotechnology and discloses a method for producing a clam active peptide. The method for producing a clam active peptide comprises cleaning fresh clam meat with water, adding water and homogenizing with a colloid mill to prepare a clam meat slurry; adding water and complex protease for enzymolysis of the clam meat slurry, and heating to inactivate enzyme after the enzymolysis; centrifuging to collect an enzymatic hydrolyzate, capturing the enzymatic hydrolyzate having a molecular weight of lower than 2 KDa through microfiltration-ultrafiltration-nanofiltration membrane filtration, and drying to obtain the clam active peptide. The present disclosure produces a clam active peptide having pure color, outstanding taste, and blood pressure lowering function which is easily absorbed by human body using fresh clam meat as raw material, adopting a complex enzyme-membrane coupling technology through processing techniques such as enzymolysis, membrane separation purification and drying.
PROTEIN CROSSLINKING METHOD
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel protein crosslinking method. In the present invention, a crosslinking reaction is accelerated by causing both an oxidoreductase such as a laccase and a protein deamidase such as a protein glutaminase to act on a substrate protein.
