The invention provides process for preparing a heat-treated intermediate vegetable and/or meat matter preparation.
Preparation of porous G—C.SUB.3.N.SUB.4 .tubes in-situ anchored by waste biomass-derived carbon dots and its application in aflatoxin removal
Disclosed are a SA@CDs/g-C.sub.3N.sub.4 composite material, a method for preparing same, and an application of the same to aflatoxin removal, which belong to the technical field of organic materials. The method for preparing a SA@CDs/g-C.sub.3N.sub.4 composite material includes: adding a CDs/g-C.sub.3N.sub.4 compound into water, and uniformly dispersing same through ultrasonic treatment; adding sodium alginate, intensely stirring and fully mixing a mixture, and forming a pregel solution; transferring the fully mixed pregel solution into a mold, and freeze-drying the pregel solution to obtain sponge; and soaking the sponge in a CaCl.sub.2) solution for gel, performing washing with deionized water, performing freeze-drying, and obtaining the SA@CDs/g-C.sub.3N.sub.4 composite material. The SA@CDs/g-C.sub.3N.sub.4 composite material prepared according to the present disclosure can effectively remove residual aflatoxin in foods, and is wild in effect, environmentally-friendly and safe.
ENZYMATIC TREATMENT OF PEANUTS
The present application relates generally to the treatment of peanuts, red skin peanuts and/or peanut skins with an enzyme, in particular an endopeptidase enzyme such as a subtilisin, for example, alcalase, optionally in combination with an enzyme having exopeptidase activity, or in combination with ultrasonic treatment. The peanuts, red skin peanuts and/or peanut skins being treated can be raw, wet or dry blanched, roasted, or blanched and roasted.
SYSTEM FOR THE TREATMENT OF FOOD PRODUCTS CONTAMINATED BY AFLATOXINS
The present invention relates to a system (100) for the treatment of food products, in particular dried fruit, contaminated by aflatoxins, comprising:a conveyor line (90) for conveying the food products between an inlet of the system and at least one outlet of the system, said conveyor line (90) having a supporting surface (91) suitable to receive the bulk food products distributed in a uniform layer; andat least one treatment unit (70) to eliminate, or in any case reduce, the aflatoxins present in food products, said treatment unit (70) being positioned above the conveyor line (90) and comprising one or more ultraviolet light sources (71) with a wavelength between 100 nm and 280 nm oriented to direct at least a part of the light beam onto the layer of food products.
