Extracts from fruits of the Cucurbitaceae family, and methods of preparing thereof
The present disclosure relates to extracts and sweetening compositions that may be wholly derived from fruits of the Cucurbitaceae family containing mogroside V and other terpene glycosides. The extracts have a low mogroside V content. The extracts also have a low monosaccharide content, and can be spray-dried to form a spray-dried product. The extracts may be suitable for use as a bulking agent, and can be combined with a terpene glycoside powder. The extracts and sweetening compositions can be used in a food, beverage, and dietary supplement products. Provided are also methods for preparing such extracts and sweetening compositions.

Food supplement, uses thereof, method for food supplementation, and oral spray
The invention relates to a food supplement containing minerals and/or vitamins, a humectant and, for example, essential oils. The food supplement is formulated as an oral spray. In particular, the invention relates to a concentrated food supplement in the form of an oral spray, containing a combination of magnesium ions, panthenol (vitamin B5), caffeine, menthol aroma and/or peppermint aroma, and a humectant. The food supplement is particularly suited for use in sport and in stressful situations.
Sweetness and Taste Improvement of Steviol Glycoside and Mogroside Sweeteners with Cyclamate
Consumables comprising cyclamate and a steviol glycoside sweetener or mogroside sweetener are provided herein, wherein cyclamate, when present in an amount at or below its sweetness recognition threshold concentration, enhances the sweetness of and, optionally, improves the sweetness profile the sweetener, thereby providing a consumable that tastes more like a sucrose-sweetened consumable. Methods of enhancing the sweetness of a consumable, methods of making a consumable taste more like a sucrose-sweetened consumable and methods of preparing consumables are also detailed herein.
PARTICULATE PRODUCTS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF
The present invention relates to a process for the production of an agglomerated particulate product containing one or more flavorant(s) and/or odorant(s). By spraying with certain binders, the storage stability of the particulate product is significantly improved, and the flavorant(s) and/or odorant(s) are protected, in particular, from oxidation. The present invention also relates to particulate products containing one or more flavorant(s) and/or odorant(s), preferably produced by a process according to the invention, and to the use of certain substances for improving the storage stability of particulate products containing one or more flavorant(s) and/or odorant(s).
SWEETENER AND FLAVOR COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING TERPENE GLYCOSIDES
Sweet tea-derived compositions, including glycosylated compositions thereof, and Maillard reaction products thereof are described. These compositions provide improved taste profiles and can be used as sweeteners or a flavorants in consumable products.
Flavoring composition concentrates
Rapidly dissolving flavoring composition concentrates are provided. The flavoring composition concentrates have a flavor, a solvent system, a flavor carrier system, and a densifier. The densifier is an acid modifier present in an amount such that it optimizes the rate of dispersion of the concentrate in water.
Highly refined cellulose carrier for oil flavorants
A composition of matter is used as an ingredient in consumable products (for humans and pets) comprising at least 0.005% by weight and preferably 1-30% by weight of highly refined cellulose fiber having at least 15% by total weight of the highly refined cellulose material of an oil-based flavoring or aroma-producing material, the composition of matter being provided as a free-flowing, dry-feel particulate material having a number average mean particle size of less than 2 mm.
