CONTINUOUS DIFFERENTIAL-PRESSURE STEAM STERILIZATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A POWDER
A continuous differential-pressure steam sterilization system for a powder, and belongs to the field of material sterilization includes: a superheated steam generation system, a steam pressure and flow rate control system, a quantitative feeding system, an instantaneous differential-pressure sterilization system, a dust explosion suppression system, a sterile cooling system, a primary gas-solid separation system, a secondary gas-solid separation system, a sterile storage system, a steam recovery and reheating system, and a condensate recovery system. The continuous differential-pressure steam sterilization system shortens the thermal contact time and mainly accumulates the heat on the surface of the powder, rather than in the center of the powder, which reduces the damage to the nutritional quality of the powder. Comprehensive treatment methods such as superheated steam, temperature compensation and non-sticky inner lining are adopted to reduce the problem of powder binding, agglomeration, and even blocking in the pipe of the system.
Apparatus for enzymatic inactivation of puree, or juice, obtained by vegetable or animal food, and apparatus thereof
An apparatus for enzymatic inactivation of puree, or juice, from vegetable or animal food, having a treatment section of food of vegetable origin obtaining a treated product. The treated product exiting from the treatment section is directed towards an extraction section. The treated product enters the extraction section at a temperature T.sub.0. The apparatus also has a storage and recirculation section having an enzymatic inactivation circuit crossed by a hot product at a temperature T.sub.2 normally about 85° C.-90° C. The main product present in the extraction section is struck, near the sieve, or directly on its surface, by a flow of hot product coming from the enzymatic inactivation section. The mixture so obtained in the extraction section has at least one part of inactivated product and is then discharged through an outlet.

Pasteurisation of microbial biomass suitable for food applications
The invention relates to a method for pasteurising a biomass, for example a fungal biomass, wherein the biomass is pasteurised using specific time and temperature parameters to obtain pasteurised biomass. The pasteurised biomass is suitable for use as a source of single-cell proteins in food products. The invention also relates to the pasteurised product, and to food products comprising it.
Process for Eradicating Insects, Semi Sterilizing, and Reducing Aflatoxin and Fumonisin in Dry Commodities, and Method of Use
A pulse cleaning system for disinfecting untreated grains and pulses. The pulse cleaning system comprises an outer body, a top end, a top outer edge, a bottom end, and a conveyor. The pulse cleaning system is useful in cleaning a dry commodity by inserting the dry commodity into the top end, cleaning the dry commodity within the outer body, releasing the dry commodity at the bottom end, and collecting the dry commodity on the conveyor. The outer body comprises a top opening at the top end, and a bottom opening at the bottom end. each among one or more exterior burner assemblies and an interior chamber strip burner is configured to create variable flame according to an end user's preference, or according to amounts of a fuel provided. after treatment by the pulse cleaning system, the dry commodity is referred to as a treated grains and pulses.
A Steam Disinfection Inline System and Apparatus Agricultural Particulate Products
The present invention provides systems and methods for treating agricultural particulates, such as seeds, beans, granular and powder agricultural products, and the like, with a treatment agent, such as steam, as the agricultural products move forward along a pathway created by an auger, in a chamber, enclosed by an aligned celling and floor, and oppositely disposed lateral walls.
CONTINUOUS-FLOW TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR SOLID FOOD AND ANIMAL FEED AND OTHER BULK MATERIALS, HAVING A HEAT TREATMENT DEVICE FOR THERMAL CONTINUOUS-FLOW TREATMENT
A continuous-flow treatment system having a heat treatment device for the thermal continuous-flow treatment of solid food and animal feed and other bulk materials, including: a tubular drum having a motor-driven shaft and a drum casing connected to same via spoke elements, wherein the drum is open at the end sides thereof; a screw conveyor attached to the inner side of the drum casing; a housing which can be closed on all sides, in which the drum is rotatably mounted, and which has at least a respective supply opening and discharge opening, wherein of the components forming the drum, at least the drum casing is completely surrounded by the housing; at least one temperature sensor arranged in the drum; and a heating device having a hot air generator and an air distributer with at least one wide-slot nozzle extending up to the drum casing.
PASTEURIZATION PROCEDURE AND APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a procedure of pasteurization of food, preferably nuts and, particularly, almonds.
