COMPOSITIONS, METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR ELECTROLYTIC TREATMENT OF MYCOTOXIN, GLYPHOSATE, AND MICROBIAL CONTAMINATION
Compositions, methods, systems and equipment capable of significantly reducing glyphosate, microbial, mycotoxin and other contaminant levels in various food commodities, such as, but not limited to, grains (e.g., corn, wheat, oats barley, rye, sorghum, millet, rice, etc.), nuts, seeds, and other agricultural products, are described. A contaminant treatment fluid suitable for use in reducing contaminant levels in foods may include an electrolyzed carrier fluid having a reductive potential with an oxidizer, a carbohydrate, and a sulfonic acid functional group-containing compound. Contacting food commodities with the contaminant treatment fluid reduces contaminant levels in the food commodity.
ELECTRET MEMBRANE, PREPARATION METHOD, REFRIGERATOR BODY ASSEMBLY AND REFRIGERATION APPARATUS
An electret membrane, a preparation method, a refrigerator body assembly, and a refrigeration apparatus. The electret membrane includes: an electret material matrix; and a metal electrode, which is arranged on one side of the electret material matrix and is attached to the electret material matrix. The electret membrane can be electrically polarized insofar as the electret membrane is not externally connected to a power source, and can form an electrostatic field; and when the electret membrane is applied to a fresh keeping function of apparatuses, such as a refrigerator, the fresh-keeping structure of the electrostatic field can be simplified, thereby reducing the costs for generating the electrostatic field, and facilitating the realization of low-cost and high-reliability electrostatic field fresh keeping for fresh-keeping apparatuses, such as the refrigerator.

Method for disinfecting marine animals
An embodiment of the present invention makes it possible to sterilize a marine animal with use of sea water and atmospheric air, to the extent that the marine animal can be eaten as an unheated food product. A sterilization method in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is a method for sterilizing a marine animal as an unheated food product, the method comprising the steps of: producing oxygen-enriched water by mixing electrolyzed atmospheric air into sea water; producing sterilizing water by electrolyzing the oxygen-enriched water; and bringing the marine animal into contact with the sterilizing water, the sterilizing water containing HOCl, OH.sup.− and O.sup.−.
