METHOD OF PREPARING HYDROGEN-ENRICHED WATER AND METHOD OF FILLING FLEXIBLE POUCHES WITH HYDROGEN-ENRICHED WATER
A process of producing hydrogen water includes the steps of: cooling water to a temperature where hydrogens atoms of the water molecule expand a space between the hydrogen atoms and contacting the cooled water with hydrogen gas wherein hydrogen atoms of the hydrogen gas are positioned in the space of the expanded hydrogen atoms of the water molecule and then heating the water trapping the hydrogen atoms of the hydrogen gas in the space wherein the hydrogen water has a hydrogen content of from 3 to 10 parts per million. The hydrogen water may be filled into pouches with hydrogen water in the pouch having a hydrogen content of from 1.7 to 4 parts per million.
Hydrogen-Containing Water Product for Beverage
To provide a hydrogen-containing water product which maintains the oxidation-reduction potential at a low value even when a certain period of time elapses after manufacture.
A hydrogen-containing water product for beverage including: a packaging container with a straw having a sealing cap attached to an opening; hydrogen-containing water filled in the container under pressure; and a gas atmosphere that is generated in a space above the hydrogen-containing water in the container by a heat treatment conducted after the filling under pressure and is present even when at least 90 days elapse after generation, wherein the hydrogen-containing water has an oxidation-reduction potential of {[−59×(pH value of hydrogen-containing water in hydrogen-containing water product for beverage after elapse of 90 days)]−170} mV or less when being stored at normal temperature for at least 90 days after manufacture.
Composition for producing hydrogen rich water and other products
The invention provides compositions for producing hydrogen rich water, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and other products. In one embodiment, the invention provides a composition, e.g., a tablet, including magnesium metal, at least one water-soluble acid, and a binding agent. The magnesium metal and at least one water-soluble acid may be present in amounts sufficient to maintain a pH of less than 7, e.g., at a specific time period after reaction, and a concentration of at least 0.5 mM H.sub.2 after reaction in 50 mL water in a container e.g., a sealed or an open container, e.g., at least 0.5 mM H.sub.2 after reaction in 100 mL water or at least 0.5 mM H.sub.2 after reaction in 500 mL water. The composition may also include a lubricant.

Gas-dissolving device and gas-dissolving method
Provided is a gas dissolving device capable of dissolving gas in a liquid in a supersaturated state and maintaining such a saturated state in a stable manner, and being easily attached to a water server or the like. The gas dissolving device generates hydrogen water by dissolving hydrogen in water, and discharges the hydrogen water from an outlet. The gas dissolving device includes a dissolving chamber that stores under pressure generated hydrogen water introduced therein, and pressure reduction and transfer means for preventing pressure variation in a tube-shaped passage that connects the dissolving tank and the outlet due to an action of discharging the hydrogen water from the outlet, and for forming a laminar flow.
