CIGAR REROLLER
Implementations of cigar reroller are provided. In some implementations, the cigar reroller comprises a new content processor, a cigar holder, an existing content remover, and a new content adder. In some implementations, the cigar reroller may further comprise a housing.
In some implementations, an example method of operation of the cigar reroller comprises processing a replacement smokeable content by the new content processor, receiving a cigar by the cigar holder, removing the existing smokeable content from the cigar by the existing content remover, and inserting the processed replacement smokeable content into the emptied cigar to form a rerolled (e.g., refilled or reloaded) cigar by the new content adder.

Cigarillo and method of manufacturing same
A cigarillo includes a tobacco rod element having tobacco cut filler and a binder layer which binds or holds the tobacco cut filler within the rod element; and an outer wrapper of natural tobacco leaf which encompasses or covers the tobacco rod element, wherein the natural tobacco leaf of the outer wrapper comprises a pattern imprinted or impressed therein. A method of producing a cover layer of natural tobacco leaf for use in manufacturing a cigarillo includes providing a substantially continuous web of a support material having a surface profile, which typically includes surface profile elements such as projections; arranging a plurality of natural tobacco leaves extended flat over the web of support material; and layering the substantially continuous web with the plurality of natural tobacco leaves supported thereon, whereby the surface profile of the web impresses or imprints a pattern into the plurality of natural tobacco leaves.

SMOKABLE SHELLS WITH PREFERABLY ORIENTED LEAVES AND METHODS FOR THEIR PREPARATION
Various embodiments and variations of the present disclosure are related to smokable products and methods of preparing smokable products. Each smokable product has a tubular wall that is defined by overlapping leaves. At least some of the leaves have primary veins that lie in parallel with a longitudinal axis of the smokable shell.
Feeder for components of an aerosol forming article
The present invention refers to a feeder for components of an aerosol-forming article, the feeder comprising: a plurality of tubular hoppers, each hopper being adapted to receive and to deliver a plurality of components, each hopper including an inlet and an outlet and a channel connecting the inlet and the outlet, each channel having an axis and defining an insert dimension in a direction perpendicular to the axis, the insert dimension being constant along the axis of the channel; a frame to which the tubular hoppers are fastened and arranged so that their axes are substantially parallel to each other and in series along a transport direction; a delivery drum including a plurality of angularly spaced grooves arranged substantially parallel to said transport direction, said drum being located under the outlets of the tubular hoppers so that components going through said channels are delivered into one of said groves; a motor to rotate said delivery drum; a transport device located under said delivery drum and adapted to transport said components delivered by the delivery drum along the transport direction; and a size change element adapted to vary the insert dimension of the channel of at least one of the plurality of hoppers.

TWISTOS
A method of tobacco entering a narrow hollow elongated circular open ended device entering into the encircled cigar paper which is compressed at the opposite end; while both the device and the opposite compressed end of cigar paper intertwine with each other in the connected circular basin of the bottom end cap with two attached adjustable clamps on each side to maintain structural stability for the cigar paper and device to stand upright for tobacco entry.

TONGUE WITH PRE-FOLDING SECTION
An example embodiment includes a tongue includes a forming surface of a forming channel, the forming channel configured to enable the shaping of shredded material into a desired form as a shredded material is drawn through the forming channel and an arrangement to introduce at least a portion of a web component adjacent a portion of the forming surface such that the introduced web component portion may be operative upon the drawn shredded material as a source of additional drawing action. The tongue may include an arrangement to draw a moving web into the tongue through a channel that converges with the working surface of the tongue, whereby the moving web is interposable between a moving column of shredded material and the first surface portion of the working surface to reduce friction. The tongue may further comprise an arrangement comprising a scalloped surface portion along the working surface of the tongue.
