At least one example embodiment discloses a conditioning system including a first roller, a second roller, a first drive system configured to rotate the first roller in a first rotational direction and rotate the second roller in a second rotational direction and a second drive system configured to move the first roller and the second roller in opposing linear directions, the first drive system and the second drive system being configured to cooperatively control the first roller and the second roller to process a substance.

A pre-roll packing device includes a tube receiving structure with a plurality of receiving tubes and a removable lid, such that a plurality of pre-rolled tubes can be inserted into the tube receiving structure, such that the smoking material can be dispensed onto an upper surface of the tube receiving structure, such that a user can place the removable lid atop the tube receiving structure, such that the pre-roll packing device creates a vertical movement of parts of the pre-roll packing device, such that the plurality of pre-rolled tubes are uniformly filled and packed with the smoking material.

A compact cigarette manufacturing machine comprises a housing, a filling pipe, a loading element, a presser, and a push spoon. The housing encloses a material chamber having a bottom surface and an open end for receiving cut tobacco or other materials. The present invention relates to a device and method for rolling a paper tube around ground material to form a cigarette. In an embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises an openable chamber configured to receive ground material, the chamber having a first end and a second end; a rolling assembly disposed within the chamber, the rolling assembly receiving paper and forming a paper tube around the ground material, the rolling assembly having a first end and a second; and a first gear assembly at the first chamber end and communicatively connected the first end of the rolling assembly, and a second gear assembly at the second chamber end and communicatively connected to the second end of the rolling assembly, the first and second gear activating the rolling assembly when rotated to roll the paper around the ground material forming a cigarette.

A system for outputting cigarettes filled with a smoking material, including a body, an insert coupled to the body, the insert configured to store the cigarettes having a specific size, the insert having a base and sidewalls extending upwards from the base, the base and sidewalls matching the specific size of the cigarettes, the cigarette configured to be mounted on a top surface of the base, a hitting mechanism secured to the body, the hitting mechanism having a hitting member moving towards a bottom surface of the base of the insert and hitting the base, and an actuator for providing energy to move the hitting member.

The system further includes a filling module configured to dispense, at a first station, a portion of cannabis shake material into the open end of each of the pre-rolled cones to form loosely filled cones; a tamping module configured to compress, at a second station, the cannabis shake material in each of the loosely filled cones to form tamped cones; a de-clogging module; and a pinching module configured to pinch-twist, at a third station, the open end of each of the pre-rolled cones to form rolled cigarettes.
