First and second ports in a top of the housing open into the chamber. A bowl in the chamber has an open end that is flush with the first port. A first tube extends from the bowl to proximate to a lower limit of the chamber. A second tube is selectively engageable to the housing and extends from the second port. An herbal substance for smoking is positionable in the bowl. A user draws on the second tube so that smoke generated in the bowl is drawn through the first tube, through water partially filling the chamber, which filters the smoke, and then through the second tube and into the mouth and lungs of the user.

The present invention advantageously provides a device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one exemplary embodiment, the system includes a loading device configured to receive organic smoking material and facilitate the depositing of the smoking material into a container. The container includes a first end defining an opening sized to receive the organic smoking material, an opposite second end, and a lateral surface extending therebetween. The loading device comprises a loading funnel sized and configured to engage at least a portion of the opening of the container and a first arm extending from the loading funnel and configured to be adjacent to the lateral surface when the loading funnel engages the opening. The first arm includes a proximal end connected to the loading funnel and an opposite distal end. Additionally, the first arm includes a first surface and an outer second surface. Further, the loading device includes a second arm which extends from the first arm and is configured to releasably engage the second end of the container when the first arm is adjacent to the lateral surface. The second arm further includes a proximal end connected to the distal end of the first arm and an opposite distal end. The second arm may also include a first surface and an outer second surface.

The present invention advantageously provides a device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one exemplary embodiment, the system includes a loading device configured to receive organic smoking material and facilitate the depositing of the smoking material into a container. The container includes a first end defining an opening sized to receive the organic smoking material, an opposite second end, and a lateral surface extending therebetween. The loading device comprises a loading funnel sized and configured to engage at least a portion of the opening of the container and a first arm extending from the loading funnel and configured to be adjacent to the lateral surface when the loading funnel engages the opening. The first arm includes a proximal end connected to the loading funnel and an opposite distal end. Additionally, the first arm includes a first surface and an outer second surface. Further, the loading device includes a second arm which extends from the first arm and is configured to releasably engage the second end of the container when the first arm is adjacent to the lateral surface. The second arm further includes a proximal end connected to the distal end of the first arm and an opposite distal end. The second arm may also include a first surface and an outer second surface.

A multipurpose smoking system comprises a main body, a mouth piece, a smoking material receptable, and an accessory. The main body includes an elongate fluid chamber with a choke point filtering structure configured to block solid portions of smoking material. The mouth piece is attached at a proximal end of the elongate fluid chamber. The smoking material receptacle is at a distal end of the elongate fluid chamber. The accessory includes a first end and a second end. The first end is attached proximate to the distal end of the elongate fluid chamber and the second end is attached to a smoking clip.

A multipurpose smoking system comprises a main body, a mouth piece, a smoking material receptable, and an accessory. The main body includes an elongate fluid chamber with a choke point filtering structure configured to block solid portions of smoking material. The mouth piece is attached at a proximal end of the elongate fluid chamber. The smoking material receptacle is at a distal end of the elongate fluid chamber. The accessory includes a first end and a second end. The first end is attached proximate to the distal end of the elongate fluid chamber and the second end is attached to a smoking clip.

A container with a loading device includes a container having a first circumference defining an opening having a second circumference, the opening providing access to a first compartment defined within the container; and a loading device engageable with the container, the loading device including a head portion having a third circumference, a neck portion having a fourth circumference that is less than the third circumference, and an attachment element configured to removably attach the loading device to the container, wherein an aperture is defined by the loading device through the head portion, the neck portion.

A container with a loading device includes a container having a first circumference defining an opening having a second circumference, the opening providing access to a first compartment defined within the container; and a loading device engageable with the container, the loading device including a head portion having a third circumference, a neck portion having a fourth circumference that is less than the third circumference, and an attachment element configured to removably attach the loading device to the container, wherein an aperture is defined by the loading device through the head portion, the neck portion.

A container for an organic smoking material includes a housing having a first end and a second end, the housing defining a first chamber and a second chamber, the first chamber adjacent to and separated from the second chamber, the housing defining a first opening providing access to the first chamber at the first end of the housing, and the housing defining a second opening providing access to the second chamber at the first end of the housing, the housing defining a recessed portion that includes a protuberance extending into the recessed portion.

A device and system for packaging, storing, and smoking an organic smoking material, and a method of using same. In one embodiment, the system includes a container that includes a housing defining a chamber, a first compartment within the chamber, the first compartment having a first depth, a second compartment within the chamber adjacent the first compartment, the second compartment having a second depth that is less than the first depth, and a lid configured to provide an airtight seal to at least the second compartment. In one embodiment, the system further includes a smoking device having a bowl portion with a sharpened free edge that can be used to simultaneously cut organic smoking material within the second compartment and load the cut organic smoking material into the bowl portion. The system may also include a loading funnel and a pushing device for inserting organic smoking material into the container.
