COMBINATION LIGHTER AND CIGAR SPLITTER
A combination lighter and cigar-splitter device can include an aperture extending through a portion of the lighter body. A cutting blade can be positioned within the aperture, or proximate to the aperture in the case of an adjustable cutting blade. For example, the cutting blade can be retractable such that when the cutting blade is fully retracted, no portion of the cutting blade is exposed within the aperture. The cutting blade can also be adjustable to one of a plurality of positions to accommodate different diameter cigars.

CIGAR CUTTERS
Cigar cutters are disclosed herein. An example cigar cutter includes a body having an opening to receive a cigar, and a first blade and a second blade that are moveable relative to the opening in the body. The first and second blades are moveable between an open position and a closed position. The cigar cutter also includes a wheel rotatably coupled to the body. When the wheel is rotated in a first direction, the first and second blades are moved to the open position, and when the wheel is rotated in a second direction opposite the first direction, the first and second blades are moved to the closed position.

CIGAR CUTTER WITH ARRESTING MECHANISM
A cigar cutter with an arresting mechanism includes a pivotally connected arresting block and a guide track divided into a smooth groove, an abutting groove with an abutting block having a portion corresponding to a space between two opposite sides of the smooth groove, and a direction-changing groove having a shoulder opposite to the abutting block and two ends in communication with an end of the smooth groove and an end of the abutting groove, respectively. The arresting block can be moved in the guide track. When the cutter enters a closed state from an open state, the arresting block sequentially touches the abutting block and the shoulder, driving itself to rotate. A length between two opposite sides of a rotated arresting block is greater than two opposite sides of the smooth groove, keeping the arresting block from extending into the smooth groove and the cutter in the closed state.

Cigar cutter
A cigar cutter including a substantially planar housing body having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. A blade having a cutting edge is movably mounted within the substantially planar housing body. A through hole extends between the first and second surfaces, wherein the blade is moveable to pass through the through hole substantially perpendicular to a central axis of the through hole. A receptacle having an open end is mounted to the second surface and circumscribes the through hole. The receptacle may be removably mounted to the second surface.
