An assembly of the present invention is designed specifically for filling vaporizer cartridges, pods, and other personal vaporizer systems with high viscosity extracts (oils). The assembly includes three main components such as the syringe station, the control box, and foot pedal. The control box includes the software to operate the assembly. The control box has controls for temperature and air pressure (for purging the vessel). The foot pedal operates the syringe for filling cartridges. The syringe station consists of a heated vessel, and a heated pneumatically operated syringe. The syringe system can be used in this configuration and can also be used as part of a larger, fully automated filling machine without limiting the scope of the present invention. The syringe system works well with viscous liquids.

A portable, personal storage and carrying case for an e-liquid e-cigarette PV in which the case includes: a refillable PV that is removable from the case; an electrical power source for re-charging a rechargeable battery in the PV; a user-replaceable reservoir for holding e-liquid; and an electrical or electronic pump adapted to transfer e-liquid from the reservoir to a chamber in the PV, the pump delivering a pre-defined or variable quantity of e-liquid from the reservoir; and in which the case has closed and open positions, and lifts up the removable PV when in the open position to enable a user to readily withdraw the PV from the case.

An atomizer includes a top cover, a bottom seat, and an atomizing assembly mounted between the top cover and the bottom seat. The top cover includes a mouthpiece and a liquid injection member mounted on one end of the mouthpiece. The atomizing assembly includes a first pressing ring and a fixing member fixed on one end of the first pressing ring. The fixing member is sleeved on the liquid injection member, and the liquid injection member is able to move along an axial direction of the atomizer, to cause the liquid injection member separating apart from the first pressing ring for adding cigarette liquid. An aerosol delivery device having condensing and non-condensing vaporization functionality is provided. The aerosol delivery device may comprise at least one housing, and a first element and second element contained within the at least one housing. The first and second element may be configured to activate and vaporize components of an aerosol precursor composition, and thereby form respectively a condensing vapor and non-condensing vapor. In response to a flow of air through at least a portion of the at least one housing, the condensing vapor or non-condensing vapor may be combinable with the air to form an aerosol.

The present disclosure relates to a replaceable vaporizer assembly and an electronic cigarette having the replaceable vaporizer assembly. In certain embodiments, the electronic cigarette may include an electronic cigarette body, and a replaceable vaporizer assembly. The electronic cigarette body may include a mouthpiece installed in a mouthpiece base, a connector base, a mounting base, an E-liquid storage tank, and a connector. The mounting base and the connector base are threadedly connected through a first internal thread of the mounting base and an external thread of the connector base to form an air chamber inside of the mounting base and the connector base. When in operation, outside air enters the air chamber through the multiple air intake openings and is vaporized by the replaceable vaporizer assembly, goes up through multiple air gaps between the mounting base and the connector base, and exits the electronic cigarette body through the mouthpiece.

Electronic cigarettes may include an electronic cigarette, and a replaceable vaporizer assembly. Electronic cigarette may include an electronic cigarette body, and a replaceable vaporizer assembly. In certain embodiments, the electronic cigarette body may include a mouthpiece, an E-liquid storage tank, an E-liquid refill cap, a mounting ring, a connector, and a vaporizer mounting base having an internal thread. The replaceable vaporizer assembly may include an external thread of a vaporizer assembly base. The replaceable vaporizer assembly may be replaced by removing the mouthpiece, unscrewing the replaceable vaporizer assembly to detach the external thread of the vaporizer assembly base from the internal thread of the vaporizer mounting base, pulling up the replaceable vaporizer assembly, replacing a new replaceable vaporizer assembly, and reinstalling the mouthpiece back in place. The electronic cigarette includes a top adjustable air intake. The mouthpiece may be used to adjust the air intake by rotating the mouthpiece.

An aerosol-generating system may include a liquid storage portion configured to hold aerosol-forming substrate, a vaporizer, and a pump. The liquid storage portion includes a movable wall and an outlet. The vaporizer includes a heating element having a structure that at least partially defines an internal passage. The pump may deliver liquid aerosol-forming substrate from the outlet of the liquid storage portion to the internal passage of the heating element. The pump may include a micro stepper motor with a drive shaft that is configured to rotate a particular amount based on performing an individual step, a piston connected to the movable wall, and a lead screw connecting the drive shaft to the piston and configured to translate rotation of the drive shaft into axial movement of the piston and the movable wall. The vaporizer may at least partially vaporize the delivered liquid aerosol-forming substrate.

A refill for an inhaler, the refill including a cylinder with an axis and containing a pressurised inhalable composition. An outlet valve at one end has a hollow valve stem extending axially from the cylinder. A cap is fitted onto the cylinder at the outlet end and extends axially beyond the valve stem. The cap has an internal passage extending through the cap to allow access to the valve stem. The internal passage provides a guide wall to guide the inhaler onto the stem during the refill process.
