The present invention presents a garment with convertible sleeve cuffs comprising of a body having a right sleeve and a left sleeve, wherein the right sleeve and the left sleeve each start at a wearers right shoulder and left shoulder respectively and reach a wearers right wrist and left wrist respectively, and a garment sleeve cuff attached to the wrist end of each of the right sleeve and the left sleeve, the garment sleeve cuffs each comprising of a first extension comprising of a connector, the connector comprising of two or more corresponding parts, and a second extension comprising of a connector, the connector comprising of two or more corresponding parts.

A removable pant leg cuff attachment, the removable pant leg cuff attachment including a flexible sleeve having an upper end, a lower end, an outer surface, and an inner surface. The inner surface includes an insert material proximate the upper end of the flexible sleeve, the insert material configured to contact an inside surface of the pant leg, the lower end of the flexible sleeve configured to be folded upwards over the lower end of the pant leg to form a pant cuff.

By being formed from continuous portion of material, a user is provided with protection from ingress of fluids around an appendage when such fluid might be otherwise introduced through breaks in the material that rely entirely on a circumferential seam to secure separate pieces of material together. The inner tubular portion is not removable or severable from the outer tubular garment portion but is extendible to allow a user flexibility of use (e.g., stretching) without sacrificing performance.
