The second, inner layer is similar to a jockstrap covering a crotch area and attached to the outer-layer's waistband using a belt. In an alternative embodiment the boxers can be replaced with a brief, or other style first, outer layer. Additionally, the waist band of the first, outer layer can be comprised of one or more buttons enabling the adjusting the first, outer layer between three different sizes.
