First-aid systems having an ultra compact first-aid pouch configured to fit behind the ballistic plates of a protective vest are disclosed. In this configuration, the first-aid kit is protected from shrapnel and tearing, is easily locatable and removable and does not effect the user's freedom of movement. When the first-aid pouch is removed from its protected location, it presents the first-aid equipment in a logical and easily viewable manner.

The present disclosure relates to a load carrying assembly, including: a vest having a front section, a rear section spaced rearwardly of the front section, and left and side sections extending between the front and rear sections, wherein the front section and/or the rear section includes an attachment pocket; and a pouch attachment has a flap extension fixed to a pouch section, wherein the flap extension has a fastener that is configured to securely attach to a corresponding fastener positioned inside the attachment pocket.

A cycling outer shell worn over a cycling jersey by a wearer may have at least a torso portion made of panels of at least one material, the torso portion having a back surface adapted to cover a back of the wearer when worn, and a front surface to cover a chest of the wearer when worn. A cutout is defined in a lower portion of the back surface of the torso portion and located in alignment with pockets of the cycling jersey, the cutout having a peripheral edge with opposite lateral edge portions, a bottom edge portion and a top edge portion, the bottom edge portion delimited by a strip extending between the opposite lateral edge portions, with a width dimension between the lateral edge portions of the cutout generally corresponding to a width of the pockets of the cycling jersey, and with a height dimension between the bottom edge portion and the top edge portion of the cutout generally corresponding to a height of the pockets of the cycling jersey. One or two lateral pockets are on a side or sides of the torso portion.

A system for securing a load to a garment is disclosed, including an internal belt built into a garment. A holster is configured to be attached to the internal belt and a tab is provided which is accessible from outside of the garment to permit the user to selectively tighten the holster. A bib includes a pant portion, a torso portion, a bladder pocket and a liquid bladder. The pants portion includes a waist section and a pair of leg sections. The torso portion extends from the waist section. The torso portion includes a front and back panels disposed respectively adjacent the abdomen and lower back when the bib is worn by the user. The torso portion includes an outer surface facing away from the user torso and an inner surface facing towards the user torso. The bladder pocket is between the inner and outer surfaces extending from the front panel around the back panel and to the front panel. Separable articles of clothing such as trousers to allow for field removal of the lower portion of the trousers are disclosed while maintaining control of a duty belt attached to an upper portion. Two or more separate portions of trousers may be removably attached by an attachment mechanism, such as a zipper. The zipper can be unzipped to allow for restroom use without completely removing the trousers. This may be especially useful for first responders, or other professions requiring complex trousers and a need to maintain control of their duty belt and its contents at all times.

Examples of a breast support garment are disclosed. The breast support garment comprises a front panel with a chest area configured to support a wearer's breasts and dampen an accelerating movement of the breast tissue, and a hydration system that comprises a hydration reservoir and a dispensing tube connected to the reservoir. The breast support garment further comprises a holder that is dimensioned to receive the reservoir of the hydration system and one or more guides to support the dispensing tube. The breast support garment of the present invention integrates the functions of a high support sports bra and a hydration vest or backpack.

Medical apparatuses for securing, protecting, retaining, and/or concealing various medical devices such as catheters or electrical leads are disclosed herein. The medical apparatus can be a garment which for use by a patient having a central venous catheter in place. Medical garments as disclosed herein can be used for a wide variety of medical devices attached to a patient, by implantation or otherwise, for varying lengths of time. Medical garments described herein may be used with any of a variety of medical devices which include or comprise one or more conduits used for medical treatment or diagnosis, including conduits which comprise catheters as well as electrical conduits such as electrical leads.

A garment arrangement includes a garment having an elongated garment portion provided with at least one garment connection portion, and an attachment means configured to be releasably connected to said garment connection portion. The attachment means is configured to be movable along the extension of said elongated garment portion. A method is also provided.
