The present invention relates to a novel disposable undergarment device. The device is designed to ensure accidental body leaks are absorbed prior to staining clothing and causing an embarrassing situation. The device comprises absorbent, disposable boxer briefs, standard briefs, and/or female undergarments that can be worn during athletic events and other activities. The sides of the undergarments are expandable and attached via two-sided tape, as well as an elastic waistband. The inside of the undergarments comprises an absorbent padding which is constructed using a fluffy, paper-like material, such as cellulose fiber, which is designed to enhance the fit of the padding and help stop leaks.

The fitness garment is adjustable, machine washable, and conforms close to the user's body to specifically target problem weight loss areas to ensure maximum results. A lower panel formed of neoprene is held in close conformity to a user's torso to retain body heat at targeted locations. A zipper closure on a front face of the garment is operable to regulate the user's body heat. Wearable item comprising a motion control system and a method of manufacturing thereof. The wearable item comprises a body-close wearable item which, when worn by a user, at least a part of the wearable item is positioned adjacent to the body of the user. The motion control system comprises at least one layer of strain-rate sensitive material configured to control motion of one or more body parts of the user.

Certain embodiments according to the invention provide compression articles suitable for a wide variety of uses (e.g., compression socks, athletic garments, etc.). In accordance with certain embodiments, the compression article includes at least two uniform compression regions, including a first uniform compression region having a first compression pressure and a second uniform compression region having a second compression pressure, and at least one transitioning compression region, including a first transitioning compression region positioned between the first and second uniform compression regions. A training tight having preconfigured compression zones with integrated knit structure patterns is provided herein. The compression zones may have differing compressive properties where zones having a higher compression force are located at the waist and thigh areas of the tight, and zones having a lower compression force are located at the knee and calf area of the tight. The integrated structure patterns modify the compressive properties of the zones in the areas where the patterns are located in order to further customize the compressive properties of the training tight.

Silk performance apparel and methods of preparing the same are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, silk performance apparel includes textiles, fabrics, consumer products, and other materials that are coated with aqueous solutions of pure silk fibroin-based protein fragments. In some embodiments, coated apparel products exhibit surprisingly improved moisture management properties and increased resistance to microbial growth.
