Embodiments of the present invention relate to a neck gaiter having a chewing surface attached to a part of the neck gaiter. The gaiter is designed for individuals on the Autism Spectrum who chew objects to satisfy their self-stimulatory behavior needs. This is a form of self-stimulation which can relieve anxiety, reduce fear and combat sensory overload. The gaiter is sized and proportioned to comfortably and releasably encompass the neck of the individual who will be wearing the gaiter. A textured chewing surface is attached to a central region of the gaiter. The chewing surface is made of non-toxic, tasteless material that does not erode during the chewing process, such as rubber, plastic, silicone, or a combination thereof. The chewing surface preferably comprises a plurality of indentations or protrusions to produce a textured surface.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a wearable safety tourniquet assembly. The assembly provides a safety tourniquet that circumferentially integrates into a pair of chainsaw chaps for applying pressure to an injured limb. The safety tourniquet has a resilient strap that circumferentially integrates into the limb sections of the chaps. The strap is configured to wrap around the limb of the wearer directly, and without separation from the chaps. The safety tourniquet also has one or more tensioning mechanisms that are operatively attached to the strap. In one possible embodiment, the assembly provides an eclectic assortment of tensioning mechanisms to tighten and loosen the strap around the limb. In other embodiments, the tensioning mechanism can be interchanged to accommodate different pressure requirements, spacing around the chaps, and material and budgetary parameters. A medical kit and/or a sanitization pouch can detachably attach to the chaps, for easy retrieval thereof.

When extending the turtleneck portion from the folded position, over the wearer's mouth and nose, Version 3 has a filter affixed to the front of the turtleneck and provides protection from inhalable particulates of toxic material such as sand, dust, ash, smoke particles, air pollution, and construction site materials and can also function as a method to conceal the identity of the individual.

The present invention is directed to a chest pad that significantly reduces the occurrence of commotio cordis among athletes. The chest pad may also be implanted into or utilized in traditional chest protectors that provide full coverage of the user's torso. The chest pad of the present invention provides additional protection to the heart of the wearer such that impact in the heart area with a projectile is absorbed by the chest pad.
