Methods and compositions for studying cell evolution
The subject matter disclosed herein is generally directed to methods and compositions for tagging cells of interest, tracking evolution of the tagged cells, and recovering the original tagged cells for further study. Specifically, cells are tagged with a DNA construct encoding a barcode sequence comprising a guide sequence. Barcoded cells can then be recovered using a reporter construct having CRISPR target sequences specific for the cell having a barcode of interest.
Grasping Assist Device
A grasping assist device for facilitating grasping of an article includes a sleeve, which has an opening positioned in a respective opposed side of the sleeve. A hand of a user can be inserted into a first end of the sleeve such that a thumb of the hand protrudes through the opening and fingers of the hand protrude through a second end of the sleeve. A first fastener is engaged to the sleeve and overlays a palmar side of the hand of the user. A second fastener is selectively engageable to a respective article, such as a cup, a pouch, or the like. The second fastener is complementary to the first fastener so that the first fastener is positioned to selectively engage the second fastener to removably engage the respective article to the palmar side of the hand of the user.
Glove with clip
The glove with clip is a clip on the outside of the back of a glove having a spring loaded raised lip urged against the glove or a spring base on the glove to removably hold papers, notes, instructions or lightweight material such as sand paper. The clip may be a flat metal clip having a spring base on the glove, a spring wire attached to the glove or a magnetic closure adapted to releasably hold papers or similar material used by a worker such as a plumber or electrician.

Heated glove having finger protrusion apertures
A heated glove having finger protrusion apertures includes a glove having a predetermined configuration and dimensions; a pocket secured to each upper portion of finger members of the glove; heating members removably disposed in each pocket secured to each of the upper portions of the finger members; and a glove aperture disposed in an index finger member and a thumb aperture disposed in a thumb member of the glove for allowing a thumb and an index finger of a user to protrude from the glove; whereby, the user is enabled to operate equipment or lift objects via the exposed thumb and index finger, the thumb and index finger ultimately returning inside the heated glove.
LIQUID CARRYING APPARATUS
An apparatus for carrying liquid includes a liquid container and an article of apparel. The liquid container includes a body, which is configured to removably receive the liquid, and a cap, which is configured to selectively seal the body. The article of apparel includes a pocket, which has an interior configured to removably receive the body. The article of apparel also includes a first opening and a second opening, each of which is in communication with the pocket interior. The first opening passes the liquid container, and the second opening passes the cap. The article of apparel further includes a flap, which is movably coupled to the article of apparel. The flap includes a third opening, which passes the cap. The flap is coupled to the article of apparel and movable between a first position, covering the first opening, and a second position, not covering the first opening.
APPARATUS FOR GRIPPING SPORTING EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF USING IT
A sports equipment grip apparatus having a grip member having a side wall, a lengthwise opening disposed between a first end and a second end permitting insertion of a sports equipment item, the side wall being configured to snugly conform to the sports equipment item; a plurality of coplanar rings extending radially from the side wall, being equal in size and fitting onto a user's fingers; wherein the apparatus trains the user in holding and using a sports equipment item with a relaxed grip and in a suitable position, by forcing the user to place the sports equipment item near user's finger base into the grip member before gripping the sports equipment item, such that the sports equipment item is gripped primarily with user's fingers, and in the relaxed grip by providing a supplemental grip of the sports equipment item exercised by the grip member.
Illuminating Glove
An illuminating glove for provision of light proximate to a hand of a user includes a shell that is hand shaped and flexible. The shell comprises a set of five tubes. An opening is positioned in the shell such that the shell is configured to receive a hand of a user inserted through the opening singly positioning the fingers and thumb of the hand into respective tubes. A power module, a plurality of lights and a controller are coupled to the shell. The controller is operationally coupled to the power module and to each of the plurality of lights. The controller is positioned to selectively couple the lights to the power module, such that the lights are configured to illuminate a space proximate to the shell.
EGESTA DISPOSAL GLOVE AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
An egesta disposal glove for hygienically handling and containing human or animal egesta such as contained in a soiled nappy or dog mess. The egesta disposal glove has a glove portion shaped to a user's hand, and a pouch element engaged with the glove portion and having a pouch body. The glove portion has a glove body having a glove opening for enabling a user to insert their hand into the glove body. The glove portion is invertible receivable around the egesta, and the pouch body is receivable around the glove portion. This permits double-bagging to prevent or inhibit leaks and fumes emanating from egesta.
PROTECTIVE MITT FOR PLAYING WITH ANIMALS
A mitt includes a hand cover portion and optionally also a forearm cover portion into which a hand of the user can be placed when playing with a dog, cat or other pet. A flap is coupled to the hand covering portion of the mitt at a proximal portion but dangles freely at a distal edge and provides a convenient structure for playing of tug-o-war, such as with a dog. Tassels extend from various portions of the mitt and are conveniently available for playing with a cat. A utility pouch is provided on the forearm cover which can contain various additional play accessories or other pet associated items. The mitt is formed of a leather material which is sufficiently strong to avoid cat scratches, dog bites from small dogs, and similar pet related injuries that can occur while playing with a pet.
