GLOVE MATRIX AND METHOD OF MAKING GLOVES
A glove matrix and method of making gloves from a web of material, which leaves no scrap from the web of material. A first sheet of material is overlaid on a second sheet of material forming a web. First and second glove patterns are formed in the web are arranged to be opposite one another in the cross machine direction of the web. A sinusoidal cut can be made in the web in the machine direction to form glove patterns opposite each other in the cross machine direction.
Protective gloves and method of making protective gloves
A protective guard for a hand, finger or thumb includes a first thermoplastic layer heat welded to second thermoplastic layer. The second thermoplastic layer has a thickness that is greater than the thickness of the first thermoplastic layer.
A PROTECTIVE BAG FOR A HAND, A WEB-SHAPED MATERIAL AND UNITS FORMED ON THE BASIS OF THE WEB-SHAPED MATERIAL
The invention relates to a web-shaped material with perforated lines, whereby, when tearing the material along the perforated lines, for example at the place of use that could be in a supermarket, units can be formed for use as a kind of glove or mitten.
ONE-PIECE PERSONAL WEAR AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME
One-piece personal wear and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The one-piece personal wear includes a first fabric layer with a first contour and a second fabric layer with a second contour. One or more joint areas are arranged at the predetermined edges of the first contour and the second contour. An intermediate fabric layer is locally provided to intertwine with portions of the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer within the joint area range to form a three-layer fabric structure. The three-layer fabric structure is formed before the first fabric and second layers are tailored out along the first contour and the second contour.
Quick donning disposable gloves
A disposable glove and system are provided that has features and characteristic that enable a cuff opening of the glove to more easily open, thereby assisting in donning the glove. The disposable glove system includes stacked glove configurations for mounting and storage. The disposable glove system also includes features that make the disposable gloves easier to dispense from a dispenser with minimal user contact with the outer surface of the disposable gloves.
Hybrid glove
A pair of short length disposable finger food gloves protecting the fingers and thumb from oily foods, juicy sauces, sticky syrups, liquids, and all other food residue while eating finger foods when hand washing is not accessible where the design accommodates the use of this glove by offering various shapes (e.g., with an extended tab) along the diagonal hemline to aid in dressing the hand with circular, square, rectangle, inverted triangle, and triangle forms or tabs to pinch and pull to insert the hand with optional combinations of shapes for the knuckle side and palm side of the hands whereby the material used will be of a lightweight vinyl, polyurethane, paper, felt, fabric, rubber or a combination of materials with various sizes and optional colors to suit the wearer.
DISPOSABLE GLOVE AND GLOVE DISPENSING APPARATUS
There is provided a package of disposable gloves (10) and a glove dispensing apparatus (60). The package of disposable gloves comprises a plurality of gloves (25) joined to one another in a line wherein adjacent ones of the gloves are connected together by a respective first frangible connection (26) which is breakable to separate the gloves from one another. Each of the gloves has a glove edge (29) lying transversely to the first frangible connection to form an open cuff (30) of each glove (25), and at least one finger (11b) of each glove is connected to an adjacent finger (1b) or thumb (11c) of the glove by a corresponding further frangible connection (52) which is breakable to separate the connected fingers or finger and thumb of the glove. The glove dispensing apparatus (60) can be used for enabling hygienic location of a glove of the glove package (10) on a user's hand. The dispensing apparatus comprises a storage (64, 65) for storing the package of gloves, a glove line feed arrangement (72a, 72b) for advancing the line of gloves to locate an end glove of the line in a hand insertion zone (68) of the apparatus, and a glove opening system including adherent surfaces (83), the glove opening system (70) being operable for contact of the adherent surfaces with opposed first and second layers (18, 20) of the end glove of the line to adhere to the layers and subsequently to draw the adhered layers of the glove apart for allowing a user to insert their hand into the open cuff (30) of the glove in the hand insertion zone (68). There are also provided methods for use of the glove dispensing apparatus.
GRIP IMPROVING DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD
A grip to be worn on the hands to improve the grip on held equipment, while maintaining sensibility and protecting the skin during activities. The grip includes a shaped sheet and an adhesive layer adhereable to skin. The shaped sheet includes a central portion, between-the-fingers and between-finger-and-wrist appendices extending from a perimeter edge of the central portion. The perimeter edge extends and covers beyond a palm of the hand when applied thereto, with the between-the-fingers appendices adhering around at least one finger and back on the palm of the hand or on the back of the hand and the between-finger-and-wrist adhering to the back of the hand. A removable protective film covers the adhesive layer, and includes a plurality of removable sectors. The sectors can include a central portion subdivided into three or more segments, and the between-the-fingers and between-finger-and-wrist appendices that can be subdivided into two or more segments.
Process for forming a gussetfree glove of a stretchable fabric and glove formed thereby
A process for forming a glove includes the steps of placing a second layer of a stretchable fabric on top of a first layer stretchable fabric, forming a seam by stitching through the first and second layers of stretchable fabric, trimming around an exterior of the seam through the first and second layers of stretchable fabric so as to separate a glove shape from the first and second layers of stretchable fabric, and turning the first and second layers of stretchable fabric inside out so as to form the glove. The stitching is of a repeatable stitch pattern in which a first stitch extends from a first point to a second point, a second stitch extends from the second point to a third point, a third stitch which extends from the third point back to the first point, and a fourth stitch extending from the first point to a fourth point.
