Welder's Garment Assembly
A welder's garment assembly for protecting a welder from heat and electricity includes a garment that can be worn by a user. The garment is comprised of a pair of insulating layers that are sandwiched between a pair of covering layers. Each of the insulating layers is comprised of an energy absorbing material to protect the user during welding. A respective one of the covering layers is comprised of a resilient material to protect the insulating layers from abrasion. Furthermore, a respective one of the covering layers is comprised of a deformable material for enhancing comfort for wearing the garment.
GLOVE WITH REINFORCED FINGERS
A glove for protecting a hand of a user includes a main glove body configured to receive a metacarpal of the hand and a glove finger coupled to the main glove body and extending longitudinally away from the glove main body. The glove finger is configured to receive a finger of the hand, and the glove finger includes a panel defining a rolled tip arrangement at an end of the glove finger. The glove further includes a fingertip reinforcement bonded to an interior surface of the panel and positioned to extend between the panel and a fingertip of the finger of the hand.
PROTECTIVE DEVICE FOR USE WITH A GLOVE HAVING TEXTURED GRIP
A glove has a protective member in the thumb-crotch region and includes a textured outer surface. The protective member is configured to protected against slicing done by sharp objects. The textured outer surface enables grip ability in greasy environments. The textured outer surface may be formed via a foaming process during manufacture of the glove. There may be a colored layer between an inner liner and the protective member that establishes a color splash effect in the event that a portion of the glove ruptures or fails.
Protective glove providing continuous webbing protection
Embodiments disclosed herein include devices and methods pertaining to gloves for protection of a wearer's hand. According to various embodiments of the disclosed technology, disclosed is a glove. The glove may include a glove body comprising a cuff portion, a palm portion, a thumb portion, and finger portions. The plurality of finger portions comprises at least one of an index finger portion, a middle finger portion, a ring finger portion, and a pinky finger portion. The glove may include a plurality of impact disbursement pads. The impact disbursement pads comprise finger pads, knuckle pads, metacarpal pads, and a thumb pad. The glove may include a webbing portion and knuckle pads. The glove body is formed from a first material, the webbing portion is formed from a second material, and the impact disbursement pads are formed from a third material.
PROTECTIVE DEVICE FOR USE WITH A GLOVE
A color splash effect is established by a darker backdrop color of an outer surface of a liquid proof and heat resistant glove in the event that a portion of the glove ruptures or fails. The color splash effect is accomplished by a lighter and brighter color being visible through the rupture in the glove. The lighter and brighter color may be formed on or as part of a protective member positioned beneath the outer layer. The protective member also protects the wearer against sharp objects contacting the outer layer of the glove and moving over the protective member. Some embodiments provide that the protective member is in a thumb crotch region of the glove.
Tactical Glove
A tactical glove (1) with a glove body (2), glove fingers (3a to 3e) and a sheath (4) adjoining the glove body (2). A closure system is provided in the form of a strap (5). The strap is fastened at one end to the tactical glove (1) and has a mechanical closure (6) that is moved onto a corresponding mechanical closure (7) by a closing movement of the strap (5) in order to constrict the sheath (4), via which a mechanical closure is formed. On the sheath (4) a zipper (8) is provided, the slider (9) of which is joined to the strap (5) by a coupling such that when a closing movement of the strap (5) is performed, the zipper (8) closes. The strap (5) forms a wrist support.
GLOVE HAVING REINFORCED FINGERTIPS
A glove has a segment secured to an inside surface of one or more finger and/or a thumb. The segment is fully contained within the distal most portions of the one or more finger and/or thumb and does not overlap with any knuckle of the user's finger. The segment doubles the layer of material of the glove in the pad region of the fingertip to improve wear length or wear resistance of the glove.
CUT RESISTANT GLOVE
A glove for protecting a hand of a user includes a main glove body configured to receive metacarpals of the hand and a glove thumb coupled to the main glove body and extending longitudinally away from the main glove body. The glove thumb is configured to receive a thumb of the hand. The glove thumb includes a thumb panel extending longitudinally along a length of the glove thumb. The thumb panel forms a first pleat raised above an outer surface of the thumb panel. The first pleat extends longitudinally along the length of the glove thumb.
Hand worn debris removal device
Attachments for gloves or fingers is provided that allows for easier removal of grass clippings from the underside of a lawnmower deck. The attachments assist wearers and protecting the hands of wearers when cleaning and digging. The attachments may be installed on a dove with fingerstalls via a sleeve that fits over the fingerstalls and a tip that extends distally from the sleeve. Each tip may include a scraper attached such that the wearer can exert leverage on the scrapers to assist with cleaning or digging.
Fabric having a cut-resistant coating comprising para-aramid particles
A fabric comprising a cut-resistant polymeric coating including by weight 1 to 10 percent para-aramid particles, the particles having an average particle size of 20 to 500 microns.
