The multifunctional labor gown intents to provide users with a garment or a labor gown, that mothers can wear for labor and delivery. Targeted at hospital patients, the garment is versatile and adapts to the different stages of labor, medical interventions, and labor support techniques. To accomplish this, the garment includes multiple detachable fabric pieces, connected by a plurality of fasteners. Further, various layers of fabric panels are designed in an overlapping fashion to provide both coverage as well as access for medical intervention. A garment assembly including a first garment portion having an outer perimeter, a second garment portion, and a first fastener. The first fastener is positioned on the first garment portion and configured to removably attach the first garment portion to the second garment portion. The first fastener has a base portion that extends entirely about the outer perimeter. Disclosed herein are bathing garments and methods for showering, for example, outdoors after outdoor activities, such as various sports, fitness competitions, or obstacle races. In one aspect, the bathing garment includes a tubular body panel having an interior surface and exterior surface, a first edge defining a first opening and second edge defining a second opening, the body panel comprising: a plurality of apertures contained within the first and second edges of the body panel, and at least one closure means configured to selectively adjust at least one opening size from a fully open position to a fully closed position. The headband of the cap can be converted to straps for securing around the head. A visor can be configured to shade the eyes in both the cap configuration and the face mask configuration. A one-way breathing valve can be included in the crown to assist with breathing when the face mask is worn.
