The present disclosure relates to exercise apparel. In one embodiment, the apparel takes the form of a shirt that includes front and back panels and first and second sleeves. A pocket is formed on the outside surface of each sleeve. Each pocket further includes a zippered opening. Each sleeve includes a spandex band extending around the arm opening and adapted to securely fit over the upper arm of the wearer. Each spandex band is in close proximity to the bottom edge of an associated pocket. The bands function in stabilizing the pocket and preventing excess movement while exercising.

A face and neck cover includes a fabric tube having an inner surface and a droplet filter attached to the inner surface. The droplet filter includes a first filter layer, a second filter layer joined to the first filter layer along a first fold, and a third filter layer joined to the first filter layer along a second fold. The third filter layer is in contact with the inner surface of the fabric tube. A first filter pocket for holding an optional removable filter medium is formed between the second filter layer and the third filter layer. A medical garment for a patient includes a front garment panel having a front garment fastener assembly and a rear garment panel operatively associated with the front garment panel. The rear garment panel has a rear garment fastener assembly operatively adapted for detachable attachment to the front garment fastener assembly so as to secure the front garment panel to the rear garment panel. The medical garment further includes a bag adapted to hold medical equipment attached to the patient. The bag includes a first bag fastener assembly and a second bag fastener assembly. The first bag fastener assembly is operatively adapted for detachable attachment to the front garment fastener assembly and the second bag fastener assembly is operatively adapted for detachable attachment to the rear garment fastener assembly to secure the bag between the front garment panel and the rear garment panel.

Described herein are pants containing a zipper extending through the waistband and the entire outseam of each pant leg. The pants have a flange of fabric disposed on the interior of each zipper to prevent direct contact between the zipper and the skin of a person wearing the pants. The pants also include a fabric tab attached at the waistband next to the zipper to cover an exterior portion of the zipper. The pants provide benefits to wearers who have limited mobility, sensitive skin, or a physical impediment, such as a cast, by easing the challenges of applying the pants to the legs.

An example pair of shorts includes a pocket accessible via an opening, and a rib biased toward a centerline of the opening and configured to direct fluid away from the opening.
