Provided is a knit fabric which does not cause feelings of clamminess, feels very cool to the touch and is comfortable, and limits feelings of stickiness and post-sweat chill through rapid drying of sweat, and at the same time is capable of further improving texture. The garment comprises a multilayer-structure circular-knit fabric made of a single circular knit with a layered structure of at least two layers, and the surface that contacts the skin is the needle-loop side of the circular-knit fabric. The circular-knit fabric has portions in which long cellulose fibers and hydrophobic fibers are knit together to form the same knit loops. The garment contains 10-50 weight % of the long cellulose fibers. The exposure rate of the long cellulose fibers in the region from the surface of the side that contacts the skin to 0.13 mm into the interior of the circular-knit fabric is at least 30%.

Garment system providing biometric monitoring for medical condition assessment

A garment (e.g., a shirt) for monitoring biometric properties of the wearer of the garment is disclosed. The garment may include sensors for monitoring or assessing the vital signs and body position of the wearer. A processor associated with the garment may provide an output indicative of an assessed condition of the wearer based on the assessed vital signs and the assessed body position of the wearer of the fabric. The garment may include an injector assembly that is used to administer a drug injection to the wearer when the assessed condition indicates that the wearer is in an alert condition.

A Layered Protective Structure For Protective Garments And Equipment And An Elastic Layer
20220361609 · 2022-11-17 ·

A layered protective structure for protective garments and equipment is disclosed. The layered protective structure comprises three layers. The first layer is the outermost layer, and it is the most rigid of the layers and has first layer holes that have at their edges rim structures extending inward into the protective structure. The second layer is an elastic net-like structure that is configured to fit at least partly between the rim structures. The first layer and the second layer are on top of the third layer, which is the innermost of the layers (i.e., towards the user when the protective structure is in use). The third layer is made of a softer and more flexible material than the first layer. The second layer spreads the impact forces and conveys at least part of them to the third layer.

ADHESIVE SILICONE PATTERN MATERIAL, AND WEAR COMPRISING SAME

The present invention relates to an adhesive silicone patch to be applied to a wearable product. The adhesive silicone patch provides the function of assisting the musculoskeletal system and ligaments for each part of the human body, the function of preventing secondary damage, the function of supporting the injured part, and the function of promoting blood circulation. In addition, the adhesive silicone patch dramatically reduces the concentration of lactic acid generated during exercise. The present invention also relates to a wearable product provided with the adhesive silicone patch. The adhesive silicone patch is applied to the inner surface of a wearable product such as clothing and includes a first functional layer. The first functional layer includes a two-component liquid silicone rubber (LSR) and a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). The LSR is composed of a main component and a crosslinking agent. The PSA is included in an amount of 50 to 200 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the LSR.

METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND ARTICLES FOR PRODUCING A FILM PATTERN ON A SUBSTRATE MATERIAL

Aspects herein are directed to systems, methods, and articles for producing a patterned film and using the patterned film to form a pattern of discrete overlay film structures on a substrate material. A uniform thickness of a film material is deposited on to a first surface of a run of carrier sheets, where each carrier sheet includes one or more holes extending there through. A first carrier sheet is extracted from the run of carrier sheets, and a second surface of the carrier sheet is positioned on a substrate material. Heat and/or pressure is applied to the film material to cause the film material to transfer to the substrate material through the one or more holes in the carrier sheet forming a pattern of discrete overlay film structures on the substrate material. The carrier sheet along with remaining portions of the film material is removed from the substrate material.

SUPPORTING GARMENT ARTICLE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING A SUPPORTING GARMENT ARTICLE

A supporting garment article such as a brassiere comprises a layer of elastomer provided in a graduating manner such that the area density of the elastomer vanes across a first region of the garment article. Supporting garment articles of the present disclosure provide the support of a constructed bra while maintaining the comfort factor of an unconstructed bra such as a bralette. The present disclosure provides a superior medium support bra using graduated application of an elastomer such as silicone, bonding, extrusion and dry moulding techniques.

CHEST BINDER
20230088253 · 2023-03-23 ·

A chest binder includes a front part and a back part. The front part includes a front piece including at least one layer of elastic fabric, and a percent elongation of the elastic fabric is between 1% and 5%. The back part includes an X-shaped back piece and a tightenable piece connected to the lower end of the back piece. The back piece includes an inner layer and a surface layer attached to the inner layer to form an integrated structure. The inner layer includes a left back strap and a right back strap. The tightenable piece is connected to the left back strap and the right back strap, and two sides of the tightenable piece are connected to two sides of the front piece, respectively. The front piece includes a left front strap and a right front strap.

Expandable and flexible garment yoke and garment with same
11606982 · 2023-03-21 · ·

A garment has a yoke attached to the garment body, wherein the yoke is formed from a material having stretch and recovery in at least two directions thereof. The material may be formed from a fusible substrate combined with a particular fabric having stretch properties. The yoke may have an inner piece and an outer piece having substantially the same shape and size as the inner piece, and wherein at least one of the inner piece and the outer piece is formed from a material formed from a fusible substrate combined with a particular fabric having stretch properties. The garment body includes a back and a front, and the yoke includes at least one back portion configured with the back of the garment body, and at least one front portion configured with the front of the garment body.
