Aspects herein are directed to a strap system having an adjustable stretch that is suitable for upper body garments, lower body garment, and articles such as bags and articles of footwear. The strap system includes a pair of straps that are coupled together in a face sharing relationship by a coupling mechanism. One of the straps in the pair of straps has greater stretch properties than the other strap. A total stretch of the strap system is adjustable by moving the coupling mechanism along a length of the strap system.

A preparation method for a clothing back fastener includes weaving a cylindrical webbing with a mechanical weaving method, cutting the cylindrical webbing into a plurality of units with two ends open, closing one end to form an outer sleeve bag with one end open, and providing a plurality of slits on the outer sleeve bag; sewing a plurality of fasteners on the surface of a cloth strip, and cutting the cloth strip into a plurality of units to form a lining cloth; disposing the lining cloth in the outer sleeve bag in a sleeved mode, and inserting the fasteners into respect slit to be located outside the outer sleeve bag, and fixing the outer sleeve bag and the lining cloth. The method further includes attaching a hot melt film on the lining cloth to thermally bond the outer sleeve bag and the lining cloth to achieve fixed connection therebetween.

A strap and garments including said strap, said strap including a first layer including an elastic material, a second layer including a fabric material and having a first portion and a second portion, the second layer attached to the first layer, and a reversibly attachable fastening element attached to the first portion of the second layer, where the fastening element is configured to attach to the second portion of the second layer when the strap is folded onto itself and the fastening element is brought into contact with the second portion of the second layer.

An undergarment laundering bag includes an enclosure formed from water-permeable material, the enclosure defining an interior surrounded by an inner surface of the enclosure, and disposed on the inner surface, one or more of a hook for coupling with an eye of a bra, or an eye for coupling with a hook of a bra.

A bra including a closure system, the closure system including a first layered fabric body, a second layered fabric body, a loop assembly secured to the first layered fabric body, and a hook assembly secured to the second layered fabric body. An adjustable strap comprises an elongated length and mating fastening portions on one side of the strap adjacent to one end of the strap. Gaps or spaces between the mating fastening portions or members provide a tactile effect or response when adjusting the strap to the closed position. The strap is permanently or releasably secured at one end to an attachment point or stabilizing component. The opposite end with the mating fastening portions folds to mate the portions and secure the strap in a closed configuration. The length of the strap can wrap around an object to mate the fastening portions. Alternatively, the length can interact with an additional stabilizing component or guiding member before mating the fastening portions to secure the strap.

A pull-release closure apparatus and method. The apparatus comprises a separable fastener, comprising a male portion having a lug, a corresponding female portion having a hook detachably coupled to the lug, the hook further comprising a first substantially circular opening mounted on a peg, a second substantially circular opening, and a protrusion resting against a wall of the female portion. The apparatus comprises a cord coupled to the second substantially circular opening and extending outward from the separable fastener. The apparatus comprises a first garment attachment member comprising a first substantially rectangular opening, the first garment attachment member coupled to the male portion, and a second garment attachment member comprising a second substantially rectangular opening, the second garment attachment member coupled to the female portion.

This application describes a garment adjusting system that utilizes straps connected to textile elements. A male coupling component with a hook is secured to a first textile element using a first strap, and a female coupling component with a receiving hole is secured to a second textile element using a second strap. The male and female coupling components can be releasably mated by inserting the hook into the receiving hole. Once mated, a level of support provided by the first and/or second textile elements may be adjusted by adjustably sliding the second strap through the female coupling component to adjust a length of the second strap.

A wearable clip system comprises a garment having a shoulder strap with a front portion comprising an upper section having two ends, wherein one end attaches to a back portion of the shoulder strap and a second end attaches to a first clip portion of a middle clip; a lower section having two ends, wherein one end attaches to a first clip portion of an end clip and a second end attaches to the first clip portion of the middle clip; and an additional strap section having two ends, wherein one end attaches to the back portion of the shoulder strap and a second end attaches to a second clip portion of the middle clip. The system further includes a second clip portion of the end clip that attaches to the garment and is configured to releasably engage with the first clip portion of the end clip.
