The at least one strap may comprise a first end and a second end. A first clip may be disposed at the first end and a second clip may be disposed at the second end such that the first clip and the second clip may secure the second garment so as to form-fit a body of at least one wearer. The at least one strap may be removably or permanently affixed to or convertibly overlay the first garment. The first clip and the second clip may be suspender clips and the at least one strap may be formed of elastic.
