A two piece, composite men's underwear garment. In a preferred embodiment, boxer briefs, briefs are comprised of a first, outer layer and a second, inner layer. The first, outer layer covers the back area and thighs, and is as long as required or desired, while the crotch area is open, and is attachable to the inner-layer through the waistband, typically using a belt passing through the waist band, which may have one or more openings to assist in attachment. The second, inner layer is similar to a jockstrap covering a crotch area and attached to the outer-layer's waistband using a belt. In an alternative embodiment the boxers can be replaced with a brief, or other style first, outer layer. Additionally, the waist band of the first, outer layer can be comprised of one or more buttons enabling the adjusting the first, outer layer between three different sizes.
HANDS-FREE UTILITY BELT
A hands-free utility belt system is disclosed. The utility belt system includes a flexible belt, a removable bumper locking mechanism, a bumper, and a lead carrier. The flexible belt includes a plurality of apertures and has a first section and a second section, wherein the first section is configured to overlap the second section. The removable bumper locking mechanism is configured to lock together the first section and the second section of the belt. The removable bumper locking mechanism includes a lock and a mounting plate. The lock is configured to couple the removable locking system to the flexible belt through one of the plurality of apertures. The bumper is coupled to the mounting plate. The lead carrier is coupled to the belt and includes a body having an opening on one side and at least one micro-roller, and a lead connector coupled to the body by a post.

A hands free device for walking a pet is provided. In one implementation, the hands free device comprises a restraining device for restraining a pet and a belt attached to the restraining device. The belt comprises a belt-loop assembly having a first portion and a second portion and a fastener device attached to the belt-loop assembly and the belt. In this regard, the belt-loop assembly is to receive a handle portion of the restraining device. The first portion of the belt-loop assembly is attached to the belt. The second portion of the belt-loop assembly is for engaging and disengaging from the belt. The fastener device is adapted to releasably attach the second portion of the belt loop assembly to the surface of the belt.

The shirt hold-down suspender device has at least one elongated strap member that allows for adjustment in length, wherein the suspender device is attached at an upper-end, permanently or temporarily, to the inside of the shirt's front, back, and/or sides, at least 5 inches above the shirt's hem; and a lower-end of the suspender device has a mean of being attached to the wearer's pants or pants belt for the purpose to hold-down the shirt, that is worn outside of the pants, on the wearer's body while the wearer is in motion.

Garment That Rolls-up And Temporarily Anchors Into A Quasi-Belt Configuration
An upper torso and arms enclosing garment, that is adapted to, when not in use, be rolled-up and temporarily anchored into a quasi-belt configuration and tied around a wearer's waist, includes a torso portion with a loop in its front segment that is configured to allow the loop to be extended away from the torso portion to enclose a loop region which has a cross-sectional area that is adapted to allow the distal end of the garment's sleeve, when in its rolled-up configuration, to pass through this loop region and temporarily anchor it to the torso portion before the distal end is extended away from the torso portion to enable it to be used to tie the garment around a wearer's waist.

WAIST BELT AND CLOTHING SYSTEM
A waist belt for trousers, skirts and similar garments that are equipped with belt loops is formed from a band flat material that includes a central straight portion that has a predetermined length and covers a wearer's back. The central straight portion is orthogonal to a central symmetry plane. First and second terminal straight portions have a predetermined length and include respective buckle elements for mutual removable connection. The terminal straight portions are arranged orthogonal to a same terminal symmetry plane. First and second curved portions are symmetrically arranged with respect to the central portion and connect the central straight portion to the first and second terminal straight portions, respectively. The curved portions are configured to keep the terminal and central symmetry planes at a distance from each other between 3.2 and 20 cm. The belt enables a related system and a modified garment configured to fit the belt.
Belt bar
A belt bar includes a multi-sided enclosure which sides form a center gap, the sides can be extended and expand and contract to modify the size of said gap, allowing the belt bar to adjust to the width and thickness of varying size belts being passed through the gap. The sides have an inside cavity space that house elastic objects attached to panels that allow for the expansion and retraction of the belt bar.
